Great hotel to stay before early morning flights

• + This was a fun and efficient place to stay overnight before our early morning flight. We were impressed by how easy and efficient the hotel was. We would recommend it to friends.

Is this the future of hotels?

• + Good if you are a single person.
• – Extremely expensive considering no breakfast was included. Why charge for early check-in? An airport hotel should have more flexibility.
• * my tip Good facilities in the reception if you are a late arrival, ie drinks, food, snacks etc.

Great hotel that is fun and practical

• + It was a very cool hotel. It was very clean and modern. The remote control that operated everything was fun and easy to operate. I was happy to be able to block the light during the day to get some sleep.
• – Because the bathroom facilities are so open, I wouldn't want to stay there with someone else because lack of personal privacy. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. An onsite laundry facility would have been a wonderful addition.
• * my tip There is food available in the hotel, but it was just as easy to walk back to the airport and eat at one of the many vendors there. It is really easy to catch the train at the airport and 20 minutes later be downtown touring.

Conveniently close to Schiphol airport

• + Close to airport. Clean. New.
• – I would only stay here with my partner, because you don't have any privacy in the room (toilet, shower, etc.)
• * my tip In walking distance from arrivals & departures

A good place to stop between flights

• + Very close to airport, big bed,great shower - the interior is a nice experience.
• – Not so much space in the room - but enough for travelers.

• + loved the self check in with the luggage tags, loved the shower, the bed so big and the duvet sheets so soft and comfortable.
• – my electronic controller that controls the television, moodlights, and heating at one point did not function anymore.

• – Tiny living area, dominated by a huge bed. Trendy fixtures are NOT intuitive.

Good airport hotel a short walk from the terminal building

• + Clean, comfortable room very close to the terminal building. Free WiFi and movies.
• – Design of room may not suit everybody.

Great hotel, very nice staff!

• + Hotel has great service and a great design/(electronic system in the room). Changing my booked date because of airplane delay was no problem, which I really appreciated! I will definitely go back again in the future.

• + nice people, modern, access computer and printer, wifi easy, bed is fine, close to airport (so that is why i chose it).
• – The room is not very cosy. The shower to turn off and on very hard when wet hands.

Perfect and convenient airport hotel, puts a smile on your face.

• + Great location with supreme airport view. Soundproofing of the rooms is perfect, taking in account it's located at the airport. Love the free wifi and movies on demand. Bed is also very good. Love the designer style of the room. Lovely rag doll to great me!
• – Not any really. Wish the rag doll was complementary to give as a present to my wife!

• + Zeer goede locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel en in kamers is eigenlijk alles aanwezig wat er moet zijn, Lobby is gezellig en nodigt uit om daar te verblijven en iets van de bar en/of eten te gebruiken.

• – slight minus points..........inane music in the public areas, no comfortable chairs for older people

• – Hotels.nl need to make the CITY TAX much clearer when you use their booking page during the booking process. 84.55 PLUS CITY TAX ad the amount should be much clearer!

• – Wouldn't keep a bag for me for a few days, limited space in the room if you have lots of luggage

Spending a night at Schiphol between flights

• + The day I left for the airport, i lost a bag on the way. I returned to the hotel to search for it and Tess (one of your colleagues) tried to help me but the bag was not there. After I left for the airport the security called to inform that they had the bag. Tess immediately texted me to ensure that I could back my belongings. Many many thanks for this. Excellent service. Can't complain!! Thumbs up especially to Tess.
• * my tip Unfortunately I only stayed one night arriving late evening and leaving early morning so I had supper at the hotel and a glass of wine. Food was very good quality for the price and the service was also very good.

A dreadful experience!

• – For those who wish to experience living in a prison cell block this is the place for you. I had booked 2 stays, one on arriving in Amsterdam and 1 leaving. I didn't take the last, there was no way of cancellation, I had to pay and I stayed elsewhere.

Unique accommodation and perfect except for just a few details

• – Toilet looked like it needed a good sanitizing. Day Shampoo plunger was broken.
• * my tip Great walkable location from the airport for a convenient overnight stay between flights.
