The Mercure Hotel Schiphol Terminal is situated behind the customs at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. You will find the hotel in the transit area on the first floor in Lounge 3 between gates E and F. You only have access to the hotel with a ticket and a valid passport.
After you pass through customs you are in the secured transit area of Schiphol. There are several places to eat here and you can also do some tax-free shopping. The hotel staff speaks six languages. The hotel also offers business facilities such as internet, copy and fax amenities. The Mercure Hotel is a perfect accommodation if your flight is cancelled or delayed.
The non-smoking hotel offers 33 tastefully decorated rooms. All rooms have a rain shower, toilet, telephone, television and free wireless internet. Guests can use room service at an additional charge and via a request at the reception you can use the minibar
Food and Drinks
Guests can order a room service breakfast or visit self-service restaurant Nautilus on the first floor. Café Restaurant Nautilus is open 24-7. The bar is situated in the terminal, 30 meters from the hotel. The bar is open from 06:00 until 20:00 h.

- Convenient for a stay but very expensive for the services rendered
- It is located in the airport
- Price is ridiculously high for the stay from 20:00 till 8:00. In all other hotels of the world check-in time is 15:00 pm. Here it is 20:00. For extra 5 hours we paid +50 euro. Total was 145 euro, i.e. about $200. For this amount we had 5* All included hotel in Cancun.

- Not finding the web connection at the Mercure
- Very clean, easy to find, no hassles, not too expensive.
- The wireless connection did not work for me (Mac user), so I had to pay extra to access the web via the airport web connection. There is a thumping vibration that begins just as the early morning check in begins below--it has to be associated with doors or something, but it detracts from the general quiet of the room.

- Very little to say
- I approached the reception at 0700 hours after an overnight flight from Dammam Saudi Arabia by KLM on 22 September and politely requested to check in . I wass shocke dto be informed that I can only check in at 2000 hours at night. I was told thi sis a NOT a day hotel. Waht about a refund. SORRY you should read on the internet. My booking did NOT show any such information.
In brief I am very very upset and saddened by this approach to rip off customers. I will spread the word about htis hotel and this site to my company employees who number 50,000 at Aramco.

- hotel is very convenient for overnight flight connections
- Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, along with clean and quiet room provided a pleasant stay, which was very convenient to my travel arrnagements
- Furnishings and decor were simply functional, although TV service was not extensive. Listening to music or being able to set an alarm radio were missed items, but I do not own an I-pod or similar devices which are becoming common.

- hotel geschikt voor mensen die via deze vertrekhal naar een gate moeten
- 1) blinde muur in de kamer, geen raam
2) ACCOR punten bijschrijving blijkt moeilijk te organiseren bij de balie . Medewerker is er onbekend mee.

- uitstekend!!!
- de lokatie is uitstekend. Prettig om de avond voorafgaand aan de vlucht al op Schiphol te zijn. Heel relaxed.
Meer tijd om diverse shops te bezoeken en leuk overal eens te kijken.
- Wat wij als het enige. maar wel zeer grote minpunt hebben ervaren was dat wij absoluut niet wisten dat wij met onze koffers(4 stuks!!) zonder bagagekar de volgende ochtend weer door de douane moesten gaan. Allereerst met twe verschillende liften, waarvan er in de laatste al helemaal geen bagagekarrren mogen. Dit was voor ons een grote handicap!!
Het verblijf in het hotel was absoluut uitsteken en voor herhaling vatbaar. Ons voorstel is: geef hier betere informatie voor en b.v. de mogelijkheid om koffers die men niet op de kamer nodig heeft in lockers te doen. Nogmaals, dit was het enige, helaas wel meest lastige feit.
