Excellent Facility right inside the Schiphol Airport

Good comfortable location for an early flight

• – a little cramped. Glad that there was not a fire alarm

A wonderful alternative to a night on an airport bench

• – Alternatively you have to book in your luggage and only take an overnight bag and be prepared to discard all liquids not allowed in hand luggage. With single entry visas, we were lucky to get a very friendly official who were prepared to help us to solve the problem.
• * my tip Make sure that you have a multiple entry visa otherwise you cannot go back the next morning to book in your luggage.

Nice hotel, good price.

• – having to in out through customs to get your bag, t.do pass in again to get to the hotel , then go out again in the morning to your bag, only to have to go in though immigration again to get your flight. tv should be included for the price

Very nice hotel for accommodation

• + Check in and check out were very quickly which gave me very Positive impression Coffe and tea which is so nice on hospitality
• – Why TV miusic or film the guests have to pay as a rental? In some hotels it is free. Telephone room to room not available unless through the switch Why?
• * my tip Nice location for shopping and nice restaurant and close to free duty shops as well.

Good, wish it was a little less $$$, way better than Yotel.

Relaxing stay at Mercure Hotel Schiphol Terminal

• + Nice and handy to the airport as we had to leave early the following day. Avoids all the hassles of trying to get to the airport.

The best place to stay after a long flight and then transferring

• + We were exceptionally impressed with the friendly staff and flexibility as we arrived approx 12hrs early due to a late flight cancellation and time change. It was so good to have this facility at the airport after a not so pleasant trip and my husband becoming ill. Thank you and would highly recommend this Hotel.

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

• – The person we were meeting tried to call the front desk 4 times in 45 minutes to contact us, and only on the 4th time did someone answer the call.
• * my tip Get something to eat before 9 PM.

A good hygienic hotel on a perfect locatrion .

• + Good location , friendly staff
• – Could not sleep because of uniindentified noise somewhere . next to me . Something like diing ding DONG , ding ding DONG hour after hour , some times it stppoed for 5 minutes and it started again .
• * my tip The lamps puzzled me .

Plusses and Minuses

• + The hotel is comfortable and clean. Ideal for staying just before travelling. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
• – The odours from the bathroom are drawn into the room due to the exit vent of the climate control being situated in the room itself. The access through the Passport control was difficult. You need a passport, boarding ticket AND PROOFof your booking before they let you through.
• * my tip Take a printout of your confirmation with you.

Excellent comfort and convenience

• + Very, Very convenient for early flights. Everything there that was needed, good, comfortable bed and facilities
• – slightly small, hence comfort rating down one point
• * my tip If you have lots of luggage, consider using downstairs lockers, which are very cheap to use.

• + It was expensive but what I was looking for to be able to catch a morning flight
• – Hard to find the first time --- when your searching at the airport and not sure the location, some signage for it would help a lot. I ended up asking the staff at the Sheraton where to find it

• + Room was clean and beds comfortable enough. Small but great for what we needed. Quiet. Service personel were pleasant ad helpful.
• – The hotel is difficult to get to. It is also difficult to get back through passport control if you are waiting for someone else as I was (had to deliver passport and booking for another person so they could get past control), Also when your ready to leave you have to do alot of maneuvering from floor to floor to get where you need to go. Shower did not drain properly so had to turn off water and wait 5 minutes for it to drain.

This the perfect hotel, especially for business travelers.

• + I travel a lot for business, mainly in North America and some in North Europe. This was the perfect hotel - clean, well appointed, friendly and helpful staff, perfect size, lovely bath. I had to do an overnight between flights; the location inside security allowed me to "take a walk in the park" so to speak after checking in, and be leisurly in the morning getting to my gate. I asked about church services and the staff did a search for me. I loved the room and the hotel. I don'
• – The only negative is that they don't have a hotel everyplace else I travel!
• * my tip To find the hotel, just find the KLM Lounge #52 on the upper level, then turn around and there is the hotel.

Perfect location for a short stay..

• – Dim lighting not good enough for reading. Room is tiny.
• * my tip I would warn them that the room is so small there is barely room to open the suitcase, but it certainly is convenient.

A joy to wake up rested already inside Schiphol Airport

• + So convenient! Staff were very friendly.
• – A bit hard to find the hotel in the airport and the Customs Officer tried to tell us the hotel had closed, good thing he has a day job, because he's not going to make it in comedy!
• * my tip Be aware there are no windows in the rooms. I was fine with it buy my room mate got a bit weirded out.

Please read this before youe choose this hotel!!!!!

• – This hotel is behind the Customs!!!!! It means you must through the Customs before you check in the hotel, So if you only have the single entry VISA, you can not go outside of the Customs again!!!!
