In case you are travelling by public transport, you can use the huttle bus service, which takes you to and from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport between 06:00 h. and midnight. The shuttle bus leaves every 30 minutes in both directions. The ride from Schiphol to the hotel is free of charge and the ride from the hotel to Schiphol costs €5 per person. From Schiphol you can reach the RAI conference centre and the World Trade Centre within 15 minutes by train and Amsterdam Central Station is just 20 minutes away. Those who love flowers will find everything to their heart?s desire in the world famous Keukenhof or they can visit the flower auction in Aalsmeer, both these attractions are nearby.

The NH Schiphol Airport hotel is easy to reach, has an excellent location and a professional staff. This combination makes the hotel a perfect place for conferences, training sessions and events. The 18 multifunctional conference rooms have a maximum capacity for up to 500 people.

The rooms in the hotel are equipped with facilitites such as a bathroom with a shower and toilet, wireless Internet and (pay) TV. During your stay you can make free use of the sports centre which offers a sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, fitness equipment and squash and tennis courts.

'Restaurant Gusto' is located on the hotel's ground floor and offers an extensive breakfast buffet which is available at 05:30 h. every morning, which is just perfect for the early birds. Between 12:00 and 14:30 h. you have a wide choice from either the a la carte lunch or a lunch buffet. A young team of professional chefs cooks with fresh seasonal products. On the menu you will find dishes that are inspired by French cuisine with an international twist. The restaurant is open from Monday through Thursday between 18:00 and 22:00 h. Coffee corner 'The Meeting Point' is the right spot for a business meeting in an informal environment. The small menu offers international lunch and dinner dishes. This bar is open from 08:30 to 23:00 h.

In the hotel rooms you can use wireless Internet at a charge. There are also 2 internet computers in the lobby that you can use for €10 per 30 minutes.

The gentleman checking me in at 10PM took three phone calls while I stood there in front of him waiting for my room key! How rude! The carpet is disgusting and the breakfast room was so dirty that I could barely find a chair to sit in and a clean fork to eat with...never again!

Reception staff were very pleasant & helpful

I do not normally complain, but I hope this mail has a value to u. My overall experience was disappointing, for a number of reasons. 1. The main restaurant was closed. 2. The food in the lobby restaurant was only average. 3. My non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. 4. I needed a trousers press, but was told it would take almost 24 hours. 5. The iron in my room was smashed into a number of pieces. Disappointing.

Reception handling was extremely poor The person at the reception took 25 minutes for check in There is no need of wasting of time in filling up/entry data of the guest at the time of check in as person travelling should be checked in first and the entries can be passed on lator The person has debited an amount of Euro 250 against of due amount of about 95 which is totally illegal and unwarranted. For security even all of me credit and debit cards were with the reception and at the time of booking. I protested and got money back at the time of checking out. But it is totally wrong and you should take care in future. I wish to make your record straight you should realize such mistake and let me know your corrective action taken.

nice hotel but a llttle far from the city center

we arrived there on saturday, and were informed that we could check out before 17pm on sunday rather than 12pm as usual.we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

A bit far from the city center, we need to go there first by train for about 20 minutes, and then take the shuttle to the hotel for about 8 minutes. the shuttle takes us 5 euro per person when leaving the hotel.

Location is good only if you need to stay close to Schiphol airport, otherwise it is completely off the mark. Service personnel was a definite plus.

Restaurant closes too early for an Airport Hotel. We arrived late and had to go straight to the restaurant otherwise there would be no service. The short trip back to the Airport shouldn't be charged. The hotel is way too expensive to not provide complimentary transfers to/from Schiphol (NH Schiphol don't charge your transfer from the Airport to the hotel so most people is caught in surprise when then find out that they need to pay the transfer back!).

Shuttle took ages before we we're picked up. Apparently KLM crew members go first. Same for checking in. KLM crew members sneaked before us and hotel staff found this normal. Very dissaptointing, never going to stay here again

Had everything we needed and the reception was fanatastic. Rooms were nice. I loved the pillow selection, too! Great value. I would stay there again.

The hallways were a bit run down and smelled of old cigarette smoke.The shuttle wasn't always on time which worried me as we were late for our flight to begin with. Restaurant not so great. Pool smaller than I and my children had expected (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it had a pool).

Hotel staff was polite, but the hotel manager offered no concession for the 1 hour shuttle airport to hotel duration.

The shuttle bus wait from the airport to the hotel was one hour. The hotel said the shuttle bus operates on a 20 minute cycle. I placed three calls to the hotel and waited 1 hour in the outdoor cold. There was no traffic delays at that time and resulted in an 8 minute shuttle duration to the hotel.
