Using the booking service of Hotels.nl is entirely free. Hotels.nl does not charge any reservation costs, administration costs, alteration costs or cancellation costs. *

This is in sharp contrast to some other websites, where you sometimes have to pay up to 18.50 euros extra per reservation.

Every day Hotels.nl compares the prices of hotel rooms at hotels affiliated with Hotels.nl with prices offered on other booking sites. That's why we dare to offer a best price guarantee. If you book a hotel through Hotels.nl and you find a lower price for the same room type and the same date somewhere else on the internet, then Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.

*The hotel is authorised to charge cancellation costs if you fail to cancel your booking in time. Certain Hotels.nl specials cannot be cancelled or changed at all, such as the 'Hot Deal' and the 'Special'. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the room conditions.

What does this mean for you?

If there is a cheaper offer on another hotel booking site, and this complies with the conditions below, we request that you inform us of this within 2 working days after having made the booking. If the information is correct, Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.

You can pass this information on through "My booking".
We will then need you to supply the following information:

• the website of the other hotel booking site
• the price of the other hotel booking site, in euros
• the URL where you found the information

Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference under the following conditions:

If you have an existing booking at Hotels.nl. Please do not cancel your booking!
• If you fill out this form within 48 hours after making your booking.
• If you find the same available hotel room at a lower rate on another booking site on the same date that you have booked with Hotels.nl.
• If the lower rate you have found on another booking site is constructed in the same way as the pricing of the room you have booked with Hotels.nl. (i.e. incl. or excl. breakfast and incl. or excl. tourist tax).
• If the lower rate you have found applies to the same period and to the same room type and facilities as the room you have booked with Hotels.nl.
• The best price guarantee does not apply to periods during fairs and events, and to group bookings (for 9 people or more).
• That you did not find the lower price on the website of the hotel itself.
• A price guarantee is given on all online sales channels with a domain name ending with .nl, apart from the website of the hotel itself.
• The lower price does not apply to special discount rates that can be booked if you own a membership card, gift voucher and/or a discount voucher.
