  • None.
  • * my tip Excellent breakfast, but continental. Nice restaurant and bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Hairdryer on request.
  • (Young couples)
Pleasant and recommended for a short stay.
  • + Quality of hotel and friendly/helpful staff.
  • No hair dryer and no tea/coffee making facilities. Limited cooked breakfast for €14per person
  • (Young couples)

  • * my tip Domino's pizza!
  • (Families with older children)
Value for money
  • + Excellent facilities (bathroom) for disabled persons in ground floor rooms
  • The (visible) rat traps around the building were not working properly: several living rats were seen at night. However, the joy of seeing a hunting marten compensated for this.

Ideal for the Floriade
  • + Just what we wanted. Good clean rooms with good food, friendly service and convenient location especially for the Floriade
  • Disappointing there is no reduction for single rooms. Little noisy on main road.
  • * my tip Would go back to this hotel in the future. Probably would choose self service restaurant meals.
  • (Families with young children)
Very good value for money, worth staying in this hotel
  • + Very clean, normal room size, friendly staff, close to the highway, but no noise hinder, modern furniture, large bathroom, child friendly
  • The food choice for the breakfast was limited.
  • * my tip Try to go to breakfast earlier to avoid that the other hotel guests have already eaten the most delicious food.
  • (Other)
  • + Free parking, 2 restaurants, helpfull staff, comfortable room.
  • * my tip Ask for a room facing garden.

Staff and services were exceptional.
  • + Upon arrival, we found out that a staff had given us misinformation regarding a shuttle which would cause great inconvenience and extra expense. However, the staff made every effort to minimize the situation. The restautant in the Inn was the best place we ate while on our vacation in Europe.
  • For us, the location was inconvenient but for those traveling with cars, it is right off the highway.

A Happy Easter Weekend!
  • + Food excellant in restaurant. Location good for us, as we were visiting Floriade. Good for a stopover if going to Austria. My husband who was a coach driver some 25 years ago it was a nice surprise, as he used to stop here when transfering troops and families to German Bases. No hotel then.
  • Some staff seem to need more training, long wait at bar, staff not aware of guests, not observate enough. Breakfast time, good selection, but no clearing of tables at all during our meal, so our table of 4 was full of dishes, glasses and plates, which we had to stack up. Room service, we came back to no towels one day and our friend in room next door had her own facecloth removed and lost.
  • * my tip Good value for money
  • (Families with older children)
Awesome stay. Staff very helpful.
  • It is difficult to get around if you don't have your own transport. There is no hotel shuttle.
  • (Young couples)
Quiet location, very delicious breakfast.
  • + Quiet location, great breakfast...really delicious, very close to Toverland
  • Very hard to reach with public transport...public transport is available only on request.

  • (Older couples)

  • + Excellent breakfast
  • (Travelling alone)
prima en rustig hotel met prima restaurant
  • + goed hotel en prima ontbijt. Wij waren hier maar 1 nacht door familie omstandigheden, maar als het weer nodig mocht zijn gaan we er weer naar toe.

A very pleasant surprise! :)
  • + A very nice suprise overall: hotel easy to find, no problems with parking, great welcome, a spacious and very clean room. Great price for accommodation, breakfast also OK.
  • Breakfast for 1 adult, 1 child costs as much as a one night stay! Also, check-out time member of staff's cold approach rather spoiled the generally pleasant impression.
  • (Older couples)
Good location, friendly and helpfull starf, nice and clean
  • (Older couples)
week end DKW
  • The air conditioning in rooms was missing, because the temperature was very high to sleep
  • (Older couples)
Good large hotel with plenty of facilities and friendly staff.
  • + Rooms are stylish and easy to live in whilst away from home. Bathroom quite spacious and modern with separate shower and bath/shower. Lots of wardrobe space. No slamming doors, what a relief as most hotel doors always bang. Nice bar, restaurant and open till late cafeteria with large selection. Shop. Very helpful staff. My dog was happily accommodated, with a fee, with prior notice and there were signed walks nearby. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied in a relaxing area. Generally good hotel.
  • Bed hurt my back after one night but my partner was OK. Not quite enough support in the mattress. One day we only had 2 towels so I had to ask for more. The bulb went in the wardrobe area and, despite asking twice was not replaced in 24 hours and I was asked if I would do it myself which I refused to do due to height, fitting, etc!
  • (Families with older children)
Best on the road between UK and Germany
  • + Great location, nice service, cashpoint, good breakfast, clean and tidy, well heated.
  • no guarded ( watched) parking - very bad when you travel for holiday with all the luggage, which has to be either taken to the room or left at the mercy of the night, but then it is a common practice in other hotels. No food for those who arrive late.
  • (Families with older children)
  • + Food at dinner was excellent. Despie being close to the main road the rooms were quiet
  • Breakfast was adequate
  • (Travelling alone)
The cost for the breakfast and with out a lot of choice
  • + Very helpful staff at the reciption desk and in the resturant
  • I fell you charge a good price for breakfast but the choice and quality is not upto the price I feel that for the money you could give a wider choice
  • (Older couples)
The good and the bad
  • + The self service restaurant was very good and all the staff were helpful and very pleasant.
  • The breakfast in the al a carte restaurant was dreadful. There was not even enough food for the four of us on the first morning. We had to ask for dishes to eat from etc. Both hot and cold food was very limited. The second day I think was worse and we felt very badly treated especially as the chef came out to look at the food and then went away and did not bring anymore. I would not pay for breakfast there again.
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + good location, nice food. very nice staff
  • I like tea and coffee in the room.
  • (Older couples)
  • + very good location for our needs very good food very good and friendly helpful service Facilities for disabled Persons.
  • (Travelling alone)
  • + every one help ful and friendly
  • havent updated hotel for years I have been staying there 8 years especially communications in room only dial up for computers
  • (Older couples)
  • + Very comfortable bed and peacefulness allowed us to catch up on lost sleep. Very pleasant, helpful staff who have no difficulty speaking English - even though we attempt very little Dutch (for which we can only apologise).
  • Allocated a third floor room when told not very busy so why was this? Although very comfortable, as usual, it looked like the room had previously suffered a leak from the ceiling marks. Cobwebs were evident in the corridors. Asked if it were possible to get same price rate for a return trip in April and told to return to the on-line booking service. They had told us to enquire at the Hotel. We therefore still have no idea if a discounted rate would be available to us as a frequent user?
  • (Families with older children)
  • + Easy to find, polite and friendly staff and excellent deal over the internet. Good breakfast buffet.
  • We asked if we could have the coffee flask filled at breakfast as we had a long way to travel. This was offered at ¤9.50 which we declined as it was stupidly expensive. This service should have been included in the service. Lots of smokers in the bar area and no place to sit down away from the smokers - not nice.
  • (Young couples)
  • This hotel needs a garden for a walk and taking seat or rest at outside for enjoy the sunshine with fresh air.
