Description
The Oranje Hotel Sittard was been built in 1930 in the architectural style of the Amsterdamse School. This style is marked by the use of coloured bricks and decorative elements. Nowadays the hotel has regained the status it enjoyed in the early years, although it has certainly been updated. Across from the hotel is the Stadsschouwburg theatre and the train station is only 500 metres away. Shops, restaurants, and lively cafés can all be found within walking distance.
The welcoming hospitality that characterises Limburg can be felt as soon as you arrive in the hotel. The owners will do their utmost to make guests feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. The hotel also offers an attractive bar, a lounge, and a restaurant.
The hotel rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a toilet and/or a bath and shower. In addition, the rooms have comfortable box spring beds, a television, telephone, minibar, a second telephone line, and a free internet connection.
Food and Drinks
The breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00 h. and on weekends from 08:30 to 10:30 h. In case you would like to check out earlier and you want to make use of the breakfast. The hotel can make a breakfast package on request.
In restaurant guests can enjoy the excellent food and the good atmosphere. The restaurant serves excellent dishes from the French-Dutch cuisine. The restaurant is closed on sunday after breakfast.

Other fun cities in the vicinity are Maastricht and Aachen. In Born guests can visit the castle Kasteelpark Born. In the area you can also visit Snowworld, wildlife park Gangelt, and the castle of Limbricht. You can also go hiking in the German nature reserve Eifel or visit the beautiful town of Monschau.
