The continental breakfast buffet is set up from 08:30 to 10:00 h.
In the restaurant guests can enjoy the seasonal specialities, that are prepared with fresh ingredients. A large variety of lunch dishes is available from 12:00 to 14:00 h. One can also order snacks until 18:00 h., such as a cheese selection, or a bowl of olives. Besides the extensive à la carte dishes and 4-course menus the restaurant has a wine list with more than 70 wines.

Slenaken is located between Aachen and Maastricht, near the Belgian border and the German border. This green and hilly region is also referred to as 'Klein Zwitserland' (little Switzerland). One of the most beautiful footpaths in this area is the 'Krijtlandpad,' which winds through the village and its surroundings.
