The 'Westerschelde' is a busy shipping route to Antwerp. The outside terrace of Hampshire Hotel - Churchill Terneuzen offers a magnificent view of this waterway. The city centre of Terneuzen can easily be reached if you walk along the bank called the 'Scheldedijk'.
