- A warm welcome, clean bathroom and bedroom, comfortable bed and good breakfast. A very airy and light room.
- The room I stayed was on the street above the hotel's terrace, which means that it got noisy at night. The sound proofing is poor - you hear every footstep on the landing. The interior design is a clashing mix of high quality, tired furniture and bad taste.

- Perfect location and nice design
- It was really clean, VERY well located, great design inside, optional breakfast available, great comfort and space in the room, not noisy, TV available, clean and new towels and bed sheets, nice heating, not bureaucratic.
- We stayed on the 3rd floor and the steps are in the spiral DNA-like shape, so it is VERY hard to get upstairs with heavy luggage. Staff were helpful enough to offer assistance on this, but when we asked about restaurant recommendations we they couldn't provide any advice whatsoever.

- no lift and only a narrow winding staircase. this was dangerous for anyone carrying large and / or heavy suitcases up to, or down from their room. this is how service could be improved - having someone who could help with this. only reception staff were available. also, breakfast was not included.

- Nice Hotel, very friendly, clean and comfortable, as I am a smoker I requested a balcony and luckily was given a room with one, some other people have nit picked this hotel but I would advise you to ignore them, as they are just moaners.
- smoking rooms are not available, do not expect the fixtures of more expensive hotels.

- Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, das Licht im Badezimmer schaltet sich automatisch aus während Du unter der Dusche stehst oder auf dem Klo sitzt. Das Parkschein für 8 Ero pro nacht gibt keine Garantie, dass Du einen Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Hotel findest. Die Rechnung im Hotel ist höher als die, die du bei der Reservierung vom hotel.nl bekomsst.

- Great value in Scheveningen home away from home
- Great location (quiet, but near bus routes and shops), superb buffet breakfasts, nice bright, clean and comfortable rooms, and really great staff---very helpful and courteous. Thanks!
- SMALL POINT: Trying to carry heavy suitcases up and down the steep staircases was a bit of a challenge (although staff did help). Could the hotel management convert the cleaning and supplies cupboard in the hallways into a small lift/service elevator? This would allow suitcases as well as fresh linens, supplies etc. to be more easily and safely transported.

- to bad for the building works and terrace
- pleasent room,view to the sea very nice,breakfast was plentiful and good.
- after being there a week and seeing the staff daily, we were asked if we were another family, obviously they dont really note who their guests are.The view from the room was marred by a white trash bin directly outside our window on the terrace. when booking it was noted there was a terrace that was usable, on asking the terrace was private we were told.During our stay,on the wednesday there were building works taking place which meant drilling and banging all day, when asked when it would stop they said 4pm but would start again the following day.There was no appology for this inconvenience and if they want to do building works when they have guests they might at least give the guest the choice to book or not.

- Pleasant old fashioned style hotel, well situated with great sea view. Good quality basic European breakfast.
- No lift. No porterage. Wrong info from receptionist on arrival re restrictions on disabled parking in immediate area and town. Cost me Euro 40 to buy parking tickets which were not reqd.
