• + Reception people are very good and polite, room was good
• – Breakfast room is too busy even we left it to come down to have our breakfast at 9.45am, we find lot of things was run out and it seems no one bother to check, tables were left dirty as well so it was limited tables you could sit, the other thing is room television it is like living in 70's why hotel can not update to flat nice television's, it is small and screen is has black sides that make it more small and quilty picture is not good at all

Good hotel but when booked through Booking.com it is possible to recei

• – Extra bed was not placed. The booking said 2 double beds we had a room with 2 single beds. Personel was not very friendly to remedy the problem.
• * my tip Ask up front if you are getting the room with double beds, because nothing can be changed at the front desk.

WIFI/SWIMMINGPOOL/LOCATION

• + fantastic location right at the beautiful beach. Swimming POOL
• – Very negativ is that WIFI is avaible and free ONLY at lobby. It seems like NH Atlantic has not noticed that this normal service att other places, by exemple the simply beachrestaurants. We booked 5 nights and we could use the swimmingpool only 4 mornings. Saturday morning the swimmingpool was occupied by swimming school. I think th best for NH is tho leav the mornings to the quest, whatever day. !!!!! You cannot advertise for swimmingpool if it is occupied.
• * my tip Check out use of swimmingpool in advance And if you want to have free WIFI all day go and drink and eat something on one of the many beachtents.

Fijn hotel op een toplocatie aan de haagse kust!

• + Locatie van het hotel is helemaal top!
• – Sauna-ruimte is erg ongezellig en tegenwoordig moet je je handdoekje meenemen. Ook de hotel bedden zijn wat mij betreft wel aan vervanging toe.

Lovely hotel for a peaceful break by the sea, easy for the city too.

• + This is a lovely hotel in a peaceful location, yet within easy reach of the city centre. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The staff are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. All the facilities available for a perfect break.
• – The internet connection in the business centre was extremely slow, the software available was quite poor and it was very expensive to use.

Mooi hotel maar maakt niet alle pretenties waar

• + Luxe kamer met balkon en mooi uitzicht op de zee. Alle voorzieningen.
• – Gekunstelde vriendelijkheid uit het cursusboekje bij aankomst en vertrek aan de receptie. Lijkt wel of een bandje wordt afgedraaid. Vuil waterglas op de kamer. Koffie-sticks niet aangevuld op de kamer; deze pas na drie maal vragen aan de receptie ontvangen. Volgens informatie badjassen aanwezig, doch niet aangetroffen. Overnachting blijkt duurder omdat voor de parkeerplaats van het hotel 12 euro moet worden betaald. Auto's van ambassades kunnen gewoon voor de hoofdingang parkeren.

• + Location is fantastic. Front-office employees are very skilled ans thoughtfull.
• – Price/quality of breakfast really expensive. Upgrade seaview expensive as well.

An excellent all round hotel experience

Of the many hotels I have visited in my life, this is one of the best

• + Comfortable room, excellent location, friendly and helpful personnel.
• – Various small errors (forgotten towels and bed linen; administrative errors) but they were promptly and fully repaired upon our notice.

Nice hotel, shame about the food and parking.

• – Error on the bill cost over £100 in exchange rate costs from the credit card bill. I would have been better off doing nothing. Car park too far away, not suitable for people with mobility issues. Diapointed with the quality of the resurant food, only eat there once and never again. Some of the lights not working in the room. No sun shades on the balcony

A relaxing weekend in The Hague

• – The only problem we experienced was the noise in the morning coming from slamming doors. Otherwise an excellent stay. Greatly enjoyed the location neer the beach! Jan and Tammy

Good but not excellent due to a few small, but important details.

• + My wife and I like the ambiance. Quality/price real good. Location excellent ( I was borne and raised about 2 kms away from there and used to play in that area a lot).
• – -You used to serve some nice sparkling wine (champagne-like) at arrival but stopped doing that recently. That is a pity: re-instate the habit!. -You spent a lot of money doing up the bathrooms: excellent! What a huge pity that you just did not go that little extra kilometer and installed thermostatic taps in the shower/bath. You know more than anybody else about the problems with hot/cold water in hotels, especially in the morning and you passed up the opportunity to get rid of that by some 90% by not investing that 150 euro per room. To me that is the difference between a 7 and a 9 - The bath tubs are excellent shape and size, but slippery: dangerous for everybody but especially for elderly persons. Please do something about it so as not to destroy an otherwise excellent effort.
