The hotel was fine. Lobby nice and spacious. The food good and variety of selected food.

The carpet in the halls (I stayded on the 1st floor) of the hotel were dirty with stains and looked therefore cheap which is a contrast with the rest of the hotel (****star) and the hotelrooms. Changing the carpet to a color which mathes the beige walls and red doors of the hotelrooms would look better and more distinguished.

In the city center, nearby all (touristic) attractions and shops. Large bed (1.60 * 2.20m); large room. Breakfast is really good; nice and helpfull staff.

In shopping center, so the view from our room was the inside of the shopping mall (no daylight directly through the windows).

A fine hotel

The special price for this time of year. We could not afford the normal price. The room was very pleasantly appointed. The hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing in centre of The Hague. Near the museums, het Binnenhof, shopping, and restaurants.

The breakfast was not as good as we had been led to believe. The boiled eggs were overcooked and soft boiled eggs were not available. The fried eggs (sunny side up) were also overdone, ruined actually. There was only one choice of cold cereal (corn flakes). One would expect e.g. Special K and Cheerios as well. In fact, these two are better (more healthful).

tea and coffee facilities, comfortable king size bed, friendly and professional staff, brilliant breakfast, gift for the baby, location, free internet and cable.

the carpet looked slightly stained, huge stain on bed frill, toilet separate from bathroom with no washbasin. Very limited cupboard space. Lack of shelving and space for toiletries/cosmetics in bathroom. The windows don't open so you have to use the air con.

Completely fit for purpose, i.e. to spend a relaxing WE in The Hague - excellent, central location - quiet/well insulated rooms and very reasonable price, due to the WE deal.

good service - The staff courteously offered to change the smoker's room for the next available non-smokers if it wasn't OK for me - which is all I could ask. The room was large and well presented with easy chairs which was nice. The bar very comfortable.

My only real concern was that I had a smokers room because I checked in around 12.30 and it was the only one available. While to room smelt acceptable I later found the corridor was quite smokey. I would have preferred a less-expensive and smaller breakfast option in the morning.

ik kom graag terug in het hotel

de kamers zien er sfeervol uit en een pluspunt is dat het toilet apart van de badkamer zit. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima. Fijn dat er een goede parkeergelegenheid aanwezig is.

Ons tafeltje op de kamer was erg instabiel, je kon er nauwlijks iets opzetten omdat die zo wiebelde. De matrassen waren erg hard.

The place to be in Den Haag

Het Hotel ligt heerlijk centraal, het is redelijk dichtbij het station en heel dichtbij allerlei bezienswaardigheden en winkels. Het personeel is vriendelijk en servicegericht en ook behulpzaam als je vragen of bijzondere wensen hebt. Het is een van de fijnste citytrips die ik heb gemaakt en dat kwam mede door het prettige verblijf in dit hotel. Een absolute aanrader!
