Overpriced for inconvenience of location and parking.
  • + Very clean and recently remodeled bathrooms. Lovely breakfast. Helpful staff.
  • Furniture was quite worn although fabrics appear to be new. We had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. The air conditioning did not work so we had to choose between comfort and noise. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room decor was very dark which made the room seem smaller. Parking was a hassle.

Excellent choice!
  • + Excellent altogether. Loved the bathroom and the fact that I could actually open up the windows for some fresh air.
  • Would have liked to see a minibar in the hotel room - white wine is better enjoyed chilled!

Perfect location, helpful and cheerful staff, and lovely rooms.
  • + Staff are very helpful, polite, and cheerful.
  • Difficult if you have many pieces of luggage. Breakfast should have more choices for vegetarians, for example.
  • * my tip There's live music in some of the restaurants bars across the street. Restaurant De Bok which is a 5-minute walk is a wonderful cafe.

  • + Perfect room and service.
  • Impossible to find with GPS due to roadwork. Should be warning or direct recommendation to what parking house to be used. Parked a long way from the hotel and used taxi to and from.

Exclusive hotel in the fashionable historic district of the Hague
  • + Everything was good in the hotel - large beautifully decorated room with a super comfy king bed, large bathroom and fresh air through the double doors opening into the back garden.
  • Breakfast room is a bit small and can be crowdy if all decide to have breakfast at the same time. It would also benefit from cooked options like porrige, fried eggs or sausages.

Elegant boutique hotel in the heart of The Hague .
  • + Very elegant, chic, first-class.
  • I am too short to reach the hair dryer in the bathroom -- hairdryer is too heavy & awkward to use successfully.

An excellent hotel
  • + Fantastic in all respects. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient, the beds very comfortable, with lovely clean linen, the decor classic, and the general attention to detail in the rooms is excellent (eg. safe in the cupboard, etc). Breakfast was great, too. Thank you for a lovely stay in Den Haag.

Great hotel, awesome location but just a few minus points....,
  • + Great location, comfortable room, good bathroom, an awesome place from which to explore the Hague.
  • It would be good for the rooms to have a fridge / mini-bar and tea / coffee making facilities but these are minor things, on the whole this place was great.

Elegance in the heart of Den Haag
  • + Within walking distance of excellent restaurants and sights and easy access to the trams. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. All staff were very helpful and pleasant.
  • For guests concerned about the environment, the hotel could let them "opt out" of having linens changed daily and to have only towels on the floor replaced. The bathtub is excellent but quite slippery, needs safety mat or bars.

  • + Beautiful colours all over the hotel. Very nice and large room. Very comfortable bed with lovely sheets! Nice staff in the reception.
  • We were charged for a bottle of water that we didn't have. Breakfast was pretty poor. We had to wait for more coffee every morning. Two mornings there was no butter available and we had to wait to get someones attention. Nobody (except for last morning)asked if we wanted cooked breakfast.
