- 1) The breakfast is exactly the same everyday... 2) The staff can be trained to be more service oriented...ex--if we have asked for the taxi after 15 mins and company policy does not allow pre bookings ... there is nothing preventing the staff from making the phone call after 10 mins or so...they would simply say please come back in 15 mins...

- problems upon arrival no baby cot in room and i did phone before i travelled earlier in day to confirm this and another day i could not get in to my room to put the baby asleep as the room card would not work the staff were helpful breakfast was expensive

- The hotel staff was excellent. Ms. K. Van Wijk was particularly helpful. The central location of the hotel is excellent. I plan on staying again, especially when traveling in off seasons.
- The walls are not well sound proofed. However, the features of this hotel are otherwise comparable to much more expensive hotels. If you are a sound sleeper its really not a big deal.

- Very good location near Rembrandt plein, good tram connection to everywhere. Quiet environment; had a peaceful sleep. Nice cafées around.
- Way too expensive breakfast. Shower could've been more spacious. Keycard didn't work on the outdoor and the receptionist wasn't too friendly but ok.

- A little on the expensive side. Extra blankets in the wardrobe (instead of an extra pillow) would be a good idea during the winter, the room was a bit cold when we stayed. Reception staff firstly sent us to a room with a small single bed (there were two of us). We were tired and although we can forgive this mix up, I was not happy when I came down to use the internet. The lasy at reception said he had no coupons and while I stood there waiting, the receptionist continued to serve other customers, do check outs, etc. and left me standing waiting. In the end I gave up waiting and went to an internet cafe.

- During my stay I bought a designer plastic chair needed to be wrap by yr front desk people so I can check in at the airport. Yr people was so very helpful to wrap it so good & the chair arrived home safely w/o a single scratch. I really appreciate the honest help. Without their help, this chair can't never get into my house in Hong Kong as one of my collection.

- 1) 20 mins from Central Station by tram 4, very close to Tram station. 2) Very good, clean inside environment with 3) With my little 4 months baby they provide extra baby cot and also iron for pressing. 4) Sanitary was also quite neat and clean. In simple words, I like the hotel and felt like i am in my home and will recommend people with family and couples . . . for business trip off course YES! :)

- The employees were always helpful and great. The location was awesome. We were able to get good help locating anything that we wanted. Our experience in the hotel made the trip to Amsterdam incredible. If we were to travel Amsterdam again we would stay at the NH Carlton.
- Some things did not work in the hotel room. The safe, the do not disturb light. I was not offered to upgrade my room. My wife and I discovered that we had a superior room and for an additional 25Euro we could have had a deluxe. We found this out after we checked into our room.
