- Pretty good with a couple of minus points
- Location is superb and everything is well organised; free tea and coffee seems to be becoming popular in Europe and it's nice to see the Dutch starting to introduce it too; free internet access also good.
A kettle in the room is also appreciated for those of us whose partner is addicted to tea. Thanks.
- If I ask for a double room, I want a double bed - or at the very least keep some double mattresses and put them on the separate beds you've pushed together. This really is the height of crappiness as far as couples are concerned but it's unfortunately very prevalent in Europe. Sort it out and you'll be a cut above many.
One further minor quibble - don't switch the coffee machine off when breakfast is on; it's not going to encourage us to pay 17 Euros for breakfast, it's just pointlessly annoying.

- Basic city centre hotel with very helpful, friendly staff
- The staff were charming, very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my internet connection and they were brilliant at making sure that it was sorted to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this town center hotel for an easy one/two night stop.
- My room didn't have air conditioning which meant it was warm and stuffy, although they do offer fans. It's not the place for sumptious luxury and pampering break. But it's a good basic hotel.

- Business stay
- Great location if you arrive in Utrecht by public transportation. 5 Minutes from bus- and trainstation, and right in the center of Utrecht.
Nice, spacious rooms. Beds are of good quality.
- Noise level on the street side of the building is quite high. Only one elevator for 90 rooms on 5 floors.

- not of 4 star quality
- cheap for a supposodly 4 star hotel, easy to find, good location, check out time is 12 noon.
- the bedrooms are NOT of 4 star quality; no minibar, unsteady balcony with broken door, light broken in bathroom, no toiletries, ie the small details that matter. also the receptionists need to wear their uniforms (not a cardigan), with a CLEAN shirt (not covered in makeup/sweat). not the quality of other 4 star hotels.

- Location, location, location. Quick and easy service.
- Ever ongoing name changes do not add value. Also, long hallways without day light and dull empty walls creates an impression of a bunker.
Most annoying thing still was poor and greatly overpriced wireless Internet connection.

- very small room, poor shower with no pressure, no mixer tap, dirty flooring. the overall impression of the hotel was a little bit messy and chaotic with the heating tubes and wires in the corridor and the sloppy carpet. the elevator was to small. dark and gloomy colors are used. bright colors on the wals and a colorfull hygienic flooring would be much better.

- Big and clean room with a balcony, friendly staff. Excellent location and just some 150 meters from the nearest entrance of the railway station/shopping centre.
- Balcony door could not be closed very tightly and in the morning the noise from the street (and construction site) was very audible. Breakfast would have cost 17 euros.

- Best hotel for visiting Utrecht Centrum area
- This hotel is in a fantastic location. You literally walk out the door and are in the heart of Centrum. There is an open market every day. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, stores, and shops,as well as the historic Dom tower and the lovely canals. It is a college town with an active night life, and very safe even late at night. The train station is an easy ten-minute walk. The hotel is very clean and comfortably furnished, the staff is very helpful, and there is even a computer available for guest use at no cost. After paying exorbitant prices for internet use at other hotels, this was very nice. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but it is unnecessary given the proximity of all the bars, cafes, and restaurants. There is free coffee, tea, and water available at all times, and soft drinks can be purchased. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy the Utrecht Centrum area. Be sure to buy a fresh, hot stroop waffle at the market, pure heaven for just one euro.
- Because it is in the heart of Centrum in a college town, it can be noisy at night from the street outside. If you are a light sleeper you should ask for a room away from the street. The hotel does have a breakfast buffet, but it is overpriced. The food is fine but for 16 euros I would expect more hot food. However, you can go out the door and eat elsewhere very easily and cheaply so this is not really a drawback. If you have a car, it is very difficult to drive to the hotel and there is no parking. But a car is not necessary given the proximity of the train station and Centrum.

- Staff were friendly, close to railway station and city centre.
- 3rd floor corridor was in bad state of repair and there was debris from bulding work that should have been vacuum cleaned.
Room was spacious but very poorly fitted. Plug points were difficult to use as behind television.
Kettle very basic. Iron leaked water through the hot plate. Wooden floor felt very dusty. Not enough hangers in wardrobe and nowhere to store non-hanging clothes.

- At 200Euro+/night the hotel was very overpriced for what it delivered (a bed, a decent bathroom, a tv, tea/coffee making facilities). Breakfast was extra (17Euro), the hairdrier was faulty, there was no minibar/ additional snacks/drinks.
