Very enjoyable - an ideal base for visiting the centre of Utrecht, and in pleasant surroundings. Excellent breakfast provision - I loved the very thinly sliced, lean bacon. Very friendly staff, who were both helpful and courteous; excellent adverts for your company.

Window would need to be closed all the time but impossible as the room was roasting hot even with the heating switched off. Booked a double room and got one with twin beds. Expected a double bed as no mention otherwise and assumed this to be standard when booking double rooms.

The hotel is a welcome cheaper option in a city where accommodation is in short supply and generally very expensive. It is clean and located in a pleasant suburban setting.

The hotel is, however, 25 minutes walk to the wrong side of the Centraal Station, and not therefore a particularly convenient base for accessing the city centre. The space around the lavatory in my bathroom was very cramped. There are no tea making facilities in the room.

The staff were very helpful. Especially helpful when we were set to leave and found the window in our rental car had been broken by a thief/vandal. The staff helped us contact the local rental agency and assisted us in making our way there.

Our rental car was broken into despite having no items inside. One other customer suffered the same fate as well.You should consider installing cameras to monitor the lot and warning arriving customers of the risk they take when parking.
