New promising hotel, but they have still to learn a lot.

The hotel has an excellent location to explore and enjoy Utrecht. The restaurant and bistro are really popular. We had a drinks and snacks in the bistro and that was good. We could get a taxi for 55 euro from the hotel to Schiphol, which is a bargain if you consider the Dutch taxi rates. Normally you have to pay double for that trip.

It looks like staff and management have still to learn a lot about how to manage a hotel: the daily cleaning was done only for the half (e.g. service items from the restaurant were not picked up, shampoo and soap for the bath room, and mini bar items were not renewed, you could use the elevator only if it was not claimed by the hotel staff etc. The breakfast that the hotel offered was poor and without any ambition, but fortunately there were a lot of places around the hotel for having breakfast. Wireless internet is maybe possible if you can catch the signal from the router of the neighbors. They gave us a cable and that worked well. Our impression is that the Court knows very well how to run a restaurant and bistro, but has still to learn a lot about running a hotel business. Maybe they will learn that and than they can grow to one of the best hotels of the city.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was large and comfortable. Wonderful bed, wonderful colors. Modern,beautifully urban, and spotlessly clean.

There are only two minus points that kept the hotel from getting a 10 in service. These are housekeeping issues. First, there was no extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (a bit of a suprise when needed and there was no subsitute in the room such as facial tissues). The other housekeeping issue was that the linnens were all stored right in the hall at the elevator of floor three. This made the entrance to the floor look unsightly and congested.

We found it in the pouring rain after some searching because the name of the hotel is not displayed anwhere visible to the street, nor is its address. We did not stay because this hotel does not have any place to store bicycles. This is the only hotel or bed and breakfast we encountered in Netherland, the land where bicycles outnumber people, that could not accommodate bicycle touring people. The reception was totally unreceptive and unhelpful. We found another hotel in the center of Utrecht a few blocks away (Apollo) that took great care of us and our bikes, and was less expensive.

Very centrally placed with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and the bed was most comfortable indeed. The room was spacious and with plenty of storage space. Very competitive price so good value. Would visit again. Sally was very helpful with our check out and assisting with bags to the car.

Despite asking, via e-mail, we were not provided with suggestions for parking and a route! I understand they are fixing this issue! However once we found the hotel, the helpful reception staff suggested the Kruisstraat Parking. Secure, only 10 mins walk away and 16:50 Euro per day great. Machine takes only 5 and 10 Euro notes - beware. No mirror for make-up but an image of Patty Hearst - Victim, Hostage and Convict!!!!

Vanaf station prima bereikbaar, inpandige parkeermogelijkheid,rustige straat, vanaf kamer aan de straat direct uitzicht op de Dom. Voorkomende receptie. Restaurant De Rechtbank in hetzelfde pand zeker aan te bevelen: mooie (wijn)kaart, vriendelijke bediening die over parate produktkennis beschikt (helaas tegenwoordig meer uitzondering dan regel!).

Prima bed, zeker wat betreft formaat en aantal kussens. De matras zou wat ons betreft harder mogen.

Fantastische kamer, prachtige badkamer, heerlijk bed en een super ligging van het hotel,alles lekker op loopafstand. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Volgende keer boeken we zeker weer dit hotel, maar dan zonder ontbijt!!

Geen eigen parkeer gelegenheid bij het hotel. Het ontbijt op maandagochtend was erg slecht, alleen croissants, wit en bruin brood. Geen luxe bolletjes o.i.d. De gekookte eieren werden niet warm gehouden en om een gebakken ei moet je vragen. Ook de keuze in thee soorten was weinig en de thee van Rituals is echt niet lekker.Voor de prijs is het ontbijt dus ronduit slecht en wij zullen van het ontbijt dan ook geen gebruik meer maken!! Jammer dat je in het restaurant "De Rechtbank" pas om 17.30 of 18.00 uur terecht kan.

(1) Die Isolierung der Fenster ist äußerst schlecht. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind deshalb bis spät nach Mitternacht wegen der Restaurantgäste zu laut. (2) Leere Duschgel-Fläschchen im Bad sollten nicht nur entfernt, sondern (bei zwei Übernachtungen) auch ersetzt werden. (3) Bettlaken mit Euro-großem Loch sind auszumustern. PS: Wegen 2+3 gab es kein Trinkgeld für das Zimmermädchen

Net hotel, aardig personeel, goed ontbijt, leuke kamers, perfecte ligging.

De kussens op de bedden waren voor ons véél te hoog. Uiteindelijk hebben we hierdoor geen oog dicht gedaan. Misschien een tip, aangezien er twee kussens per persoon op de bedden liggen, kan er misschien één vervangen worden. Zodat iedereen altijd wel een lekker kussen kan vinden.

Bijzonder aangenaam hotel met ruime kamers goed ingerichte kamers zeker in vergelijking met andere business hotels in grote steden. Restaurant en grand cafe direct in het hotel is prtettig en goed.

Op de kamer ontbreekt een informatiemap over verblijf, apparatuur en de stad Utrecht. De kamer was erg warm, maar gebruiksaanwijzing over de airco was dus niet aanwezig. Raam open was geen optie door de herrie van allerlei apparatuur buiten.

Hip-sjiek hotel in hartje Utrecht

Prachtige hip-sjieke uitstraling, lekker dicht in het centrum, ultiem gevoel van luxe, zalige bedden.

Vervang het zwarte Rituals plateautje bij de wasbak door een wit of grijs, dan valt de kalkaanslag niet zo op, die je geheid krijgt op zwart, zelfs na pas enkele maanden gebruik.

Leuk hip hotel op een super lokatie.

Heerlijk bed, kamer leuk ingericht (hip), veel kastruimte. Aardig personeel. Prima lokatie.

Wij konden ondanks reservering niet in het restaurant eten (was overbooked). Duurde erg lang voordat wij uiteindelijk (in brasserie) konden eten. 's nachts enorm veel lawaai buiten i.v.m. een of ander feest in de kelder.
