Fletcher Hotel Valkenburg is located on a quiet street on the edge of the Ravensbosch woods. The centre of Valkenburg is close by and the train station can also be easily reached on foot. The spacious rooms in the hotel are equipped with a television, telephone, shower or bath, and comfortable box spring beds. From the hotel guests can undertake various activities. NH-hoteles is aan verbetering toe

Bij aankomst in de Bosstraat, aan de overzijde van de straat mijn auto geparkeerd om bagage te lossen. Direct een zeer onvriendelijke opmerking daar mag u niet staan, mijn vraag waar dan, een eindje verderop is ons P-terrein. Bij terugkeer gemeld dat dit vol stond, ga dan de overweg over in de woonwijk parkeren, hield in teruglopen met de bagage. Het ontbijten is van 08.00 u tot 10.00 u, we wilden vroeger vertrekken, hiervoor kregen we een ontbijtpakket mee (witte brood was beschimmeld en veel te veel voor 2 personen, 4 belegde broodjes, 8 sneetjes brood waarvan vier belegd, een groot aantal bakjes jam, pindakaas, chocoladepasta en een carton jus d'orange). Na ontvangstname direct gevraagd om de rekening, waarom u blijft toch vier dagen waarvan drie nachten, duidelijk gemaakt dat dit een misverstand was, niet waar u blijft langer. U moet ook niet boos worden volgens haar door de uitdrukking op mijn gezicht, het was echter mijn eigen gezicht. Gelukkig had ik een bevestiging dat de eerder geboekte drie dagen waren gewijzigd. Was in het hotel onbekend. Al met al geen prettige ontvangst, aangeboden een kopie van de bevestiging te maken, was overnodig hier had je niets aan bij NH-hotel. Naar mijn mening heeft u zelf geen goede ervaring met de directie. Wat schouder ophalend liet deze receptionist het hierbij. Dit zijn mijn antwoorden op de vragen voor verbetering.
