Excellent breakfast and coffee, lovely view (from room 9) over castle. Air conditioning which worked and was quiet and windows that opened. Central location . Bed was comfortable and we also had a seating area with two comfy chairs. We had a lovely flammkuchen meal in the restaurant. ”

Best coffee of the holiday
Excellent breakfast and coffee, lovely view (from room 9) over castle. Air conditioning which worked and was quiet and windows that opened. Central location . Bed was comfortable and we also had a seating area with two comfy chairs. We had a lovely flammkuchen meal in the restaurant.
Nothing major - it s an old building without a lift and walls are a bit thin and the shower room is compact but we knew that already. There is quite a bit of noise from local bars and restaurants before 11pm but after that it was very quiet and peaceful.
*my tipThis may be a budget hotel but it is a very nice one with lots of little extras from the very hands on owners. Valkenburg is a pleasant little place and it s easy to get to Maastricht for a change of pace.

Gelegen on het centrum
- The breakfast was very nice - We had a balcony with a nice view, which was also very good
Nothing was negative.
Ideal location for a cycling holiday in Valkenberg. Friendly staff!!
The location of this hotel could not be better. You are in the town centre which is bustling with beautiful restaurants and bars and you are also within walking distance of the castle and caves of Valkenburg. If you are heading on a cycling trip or to watch a race then this again is the hotel, you are 1 minute walk from the foot of the famous "Cauberg" and from here you can test yourself against some of the best landscape Holland has to offer.
Our Shower wasn't the best if I'm being honest however there was a Bath if you are interested.
