Large hotel with everything you need.

• + Nice quiet place to stay and sleep. Parking, breakfast and hospitality tray included
• – Very cold bedroom, even though I turned the radiator up there was still no heat as such. A long walk to the bedrooms.
• * my tip Eindhoven is a much bigger town than expected and good for a visit.

Very good based on 2 nights stay.

• * my tip Nice restaurant, limited evening menu but good food. Very quiet when we were there but best ask about service when conference facilities are full.

• + location, food is very good and the service in the Italian restaurant is very good.
• – My bed broke down one night, on of the wheels cam loose and when i tried to close the curtains one of them broke. i had the feeling that my room was not cleaned every day.

like my stays five years ago, it is still a nice hotel.

Check Receipts Before Leaving

• + Great location for our travel plans. Nice layout to get around. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent.
• – After we checked out and paid for some of our extras, we realized two of the receipts were not signed by us. It was too late for us to go back and mention this. I still have them as a souvenier and a reminder to check all receipts before you leave. It must be simple for someone to sign a meal to some else's room without permission. That was the only complaint and a lesson well learned.

• + Erg vriendelijk personeel en mooie omgeving, leuke ruimtes, fijn buiten zitten, lekker gegeten, noten en fruit in meeting room erg lekker

• – We made reservation and they charged us Euro 20 for AC room. The reservation did not say there is extra charge for AC.

perfect place to stay for a convention/relaxing break

• + fantastic trip, very well organised. we travelled for a convention and everything was perfect. thank you, we'll definitely be back next year. the staff were friendly and helpful, the location, hotel, hygiene and everything perfect.
• – the only thing that was a bit frustrating was that i paid for internet access because i was afraid the free wifi wouldnt work optimally and actually the paid wifi was not very good quality which was a pity.

• + quiet surroundings, comfortable beds , block out curtains, good shower, good breakfast, very friendly staff. late check out on Sunday
• – dated bedroom interior in standard room (adequate though), no shelves for clothes (only hanging space), only 1 bedside table. unpleasantly dark breakfast room, parking not very close to main entrance (not so good with wet weather and not sure how safe/ no CCTV?)

• + Pleasant hotel - facilities all good standard for business stays.
• – Slow restaurant service

If you like a factory type of hotel and do not mind queues

• + swimming pool, gym
• – like a factory, good for conferences but capacity at the reception was not sufficient. Queing for checking in, for checking out and when you have whatever question.

Improvements needed!

• – Unpleasent odors near the Zeefoyer entrance.

• – The reservation of a third bed in the room (as a comment in the booking via hotel.nl because it was not possible to book one room for three persons) was NOT ok when we arrived !!! A chance that another room with 3 beds was still available !

Pleasantly surprised.

• + We upgraded our room to the new rooms. The rooms were spacious and modern. Mini bar. The bathroom was good. Clean and hygenic. good airco and we could also open up the window if necessary. Nice service. Breakfast was good.
• – You do not need to go exercising in the sports hall. Just the walk from the bedrooms to the main foyer was long enough. It is huge hotel - you needed a map to get around.

Familie op vakantie in Nederland

• + Mooie omgeving. Rustig gelegen alhoewel wat ver van het centrum af. Mooie kamers, ruime badkamer. Zeer beleefd en behulpzaam personeel. De sauna, de gymzaal en het zwembad waren een genot!
• – De kamers waren wat ver weg van de receptie en niet echt makkelijk te vinden. Suggestie : misschien zou er, in de ontbijtzaal, samen met het kamernummer, de naam of een handtekening moeten worden gevraagd, om vergissingen te voorkomen ? Het is nooit aangenaam ontbijt te betalen voor een ander.

Enjoyable stay at Veldhoven

• + Good deal out of season therefore hotel very quiet. Therefore easy parking, no queues for dinner, lots of space. Walk to Veldhoven easy and cute town has restaurants in good supply. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
• – Some walking required around this huge complex.
