- Excellent hotel. Nice room, breakfast and receptionists, especially who could help me Feb. 9 early morning for transport to an airport. I really appriciate his help. Thank you very much. I will come back, if I need to stay at Venlo again.

- An extremely large bedroom and bathroom. Very good location. Bed very comfortable. An excellent breakfast
- We were disappointed with the limited range of TV programmes, and would have expected a broader range such as BBC World, and being so close to the German border, at least the main German TV programmes. For the price we paid we were disappointed not to have coffee making facilities in the room, and in this day and age I do not believe anyone should have to pay for an internet connection. The bathroom was huge but there were no hooks near the sink to hang a towel on. The shower screen was inadequate allowing water to leak all over the bathroom floor.

- This Hotel far exceeded our expectations From checking in to checking out nothing was too much trouble the staff were helful friendly and proffessional. The rooms were really clean and well presented and breakfast was really good The Hotel itself is situated in the middle of the town right on the square. It was within walking distance of the river and castle and we enjoyed our stay immensly especially as we combined our visit with the Holland Koi Show I can thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel for all ages

- A very comfortable and friendly hotel with a splendid breakfast. It is the hub of the village and the various user groups and staff are only too willing to talk to you and make you feel welcome. It has a lift for ease of access to the rooms and is an ideal location for a quite and relaxing break and as a base for visiting in the area.
- Make sure your Sat Nav is up to date as there are several new roads in the area.

- Great location, nice service, cashpoint, good breakfast, clean and tidy, well heated.
- no guarded ( watched) parking - very bad when you travel for holiday with all the luggage, which has to be either taken to the room or left at the mercy of the night, but then it is a common practice in other hotels. No food for those who arrive late.

- Het is een fijn hotel met heel gezellig en vriendelijk personeel. Met eten in het restaurant doen ze ook niet moeilijk als je van twee gerechten één wil maken. Kortom een heerlijk hotel om te verblijven. En omdat het geen hotel is met honderden kamers heeft het een eigen gezellig karakter.

- Goed bereikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Goed ontbijt.
- Handdoekenrekje los van de muur. Douche krap met twee personen. Trap smal en stijl. Opstapjes op verdieping lastig in donker. Rumoerig op terras buiten, tot 's avonds laat. Sigarettenrook van terras trekt naar boven in kamer.
