Hotel de Vossenberg in Vierhouten is an inviting and affordable family-run hotel, which holds hospitality and service in high regard. The hotel has a long history, as it turned 75 years old in 2007. After a complete renovation the hotel has been updated to current levels of comfort. At the same time, it has preserved its original charm.
In the garden behind the hotel there is a boules court that guest can use for free. Located between four lovely stretches of woods, this hotel is an excellent starting point for a nice tour by bike or on foot. After an active day, guests can comfortably relax on the outside terrace, which can be heated on cold days. In the evening guests can warm themselves by the fireplace. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a bath or shower and a toilet, boxspring beds, a television, desk, and telephone. For parties and business meetings the hotel also has a good and atmospheric accommodation.
Food and Drinks
Every morning from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 10:00 h. and on Saturday and Sunday between 08:30 and 10:30 h. guests can have breakfast in the hotel. From 12:00 to 16:30 h. guests can enjoy lunch. In the evening one can enjoy a delicious dinner in the atmospherically designed restaurant. The extensive à la carte menu boasts savoury seasonal dishes. Guests can also enjoy dinner on the terrace outside, which is heated on colder days. For a nice drink after dinner, guests can pay a visit to the hotel's atmospheric sitting area with fireplace, or the outdoor café.

Hotel de Vossenberg Vierhouten is located between four magnificent stretches of woods, where one can walk or go on a bicycle tour. Water sports enthusiasts can pay a visit to the nearby 'Veluwemeer' lake. In Apeldoorn one can admire the luxury of former royal palace 'Het Loo'. A visit to the 'Apenheul' is recommended as well. Half of the monkey population of this zoo roam freely among the visitors. From the hotel the amusement parks 'Koningin Julianatoren', 'Walibi World' and the sea-life theme park 'Dolfinarium Harderwijk' are easy to reach by car.
