Herberg de Klomp (the clog) is situated on the Landgoed Vilsteren estate. When a through road to Vilsteren was constructed in 1839, an inn was built at this spot. In those days, travellers and their animals could rest and freshen up here.
The inn was run by the De Klomp family at the beginning of the 19th century. That's why the locals named it Herberg De Klomp (Inn De Klomp). The entire village of Vilsteren is on the estate. In these pretty wooded surroundings you will surely not get bored. Go for a walk or a bike ride and make some beautiful photos.
The spacious rooms in Herberg De Klomp are all provided with n en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. From May through August the brasserie and restaurant are open 7 days a week.
