the location was excellent and this is very important for us. The staff was also OK . Rooms were clean. The place is very silent and relaxing.

The beds were moving any time we turned around during our sleep, because of the tiled floor, instead of a carpeted floor. Maybe a single double bed would have been better than two beds brought together.
This kind of bathroom with showering directly on the floor is also one that I am not used to.

Fantastic family run hotel, calming atmosphere with in great surroundings. Really enjoyed swimming in the beautiful lake every morning even though it was late September! Wonderful food at very reasonable prices and generous helpings.

It didn't worry me but with no carpets, if you are a light sleeper sound travels through the corridors of the hotel.
