Ended up spending a whole morning in reception area where had to move regularly to avoid smokers.. "Service" far from free: daily access for 16 EUR.

Gordijnen in de kamer waren vuil (en te lang). Vloerbedekking is op Receptie: bij vertrek bleef de receptiemedewerker in gesprek met een collega. Had geen oog voor de klant.

theo janssen Valk doe er wat aan recencies van dit hotel zyn niet goed: 25 September 2011; 6.0; + lokatie; - bedden doorgelegen, geen 2pers bed. moest lang wachten op ons eten , 3maal drinken gevraagd en 3maal vergeten .beetje meer oog voor de klant is niet verkeerd. s,morgens housekeeping klopt aan en maakt gelyk de deur open,zonder een woord te zeggen trekt ze de deur dicht en gaat weg. dit ben ik niet gewend by van der valk

De kamer was erg gehorig, van lopende kranen tot de overlast van een groep honden die op zondagmorgen een uur bleven blaffen. De inrichting was oud en versleten. De koffiemachine bij het ontbijt was vies waardoor we bijna geen koffie durfden te pakken.

Dederika mulder Goed hotel buitenkant ziet er grauw uit: 20 August 2011; 7.4; + het hotel zag er verzorgd uit en het eten was prima; - van de buitenkant zien de kamers er grauw uit , in de kamer waren de gordijnen voor het kame raam te lang waardoor het er aan de buitenkant slordig uit zag ( jammer) dit is volgens mij best te verhelpen . buitenkant opfrissen ( de muren) zou al een pluspunt zijn.
