- De roomservice mbt het avond eten. Het eten was heerlijk! De kamers zijn ruim.
- Oud matras Kleine tv en in een grote kamer is dat erg onhandig. Op bed liggen en tv kijken was bijna niet mogelijk.

- heerlijk om tot rust te komen
- geweldige ligging,heerlijk indien je voor de rust komt, zeer ruime kamer, komplete badkamer, vorstelijk ontbijt, voor de golfers een prachtig onderkomen, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.
- de gang waar de kamerdeuren op uit komen is niet voldoende verlicht, kamer is eenvoudig wellicht wat gedateerd.

- Excellent price, excellent location. Unfortunate that a hiccough at reception and faulty bed forced me to lower my ratings.
- Extra bed kept collapsing every time you moved. I hope this note is forwarded to the hotel staff to double check the beds so no-one else has to suffer a sleepless night. Even though I had booked and contacted the hotel to confirm, the reception billed me the wrong price plus breakfast...surely an internet booking and price should be clearly visible on the reception computer screen!

- Great, comfortable and convenient stay at the Fletcher Thorn
- Wondefully friendly and has all the home comforts and atmosphere unlike some of the newer larger hotels in the area.
- Slightly dated but this is an extremely minor detriment and it would be better if the hotel would be left as it is rather than being modernized and ruined!

- Ziet er allemaal zeer goed uit,netjes en sfeervol. Zeer goed bereikbaar,weg van de snelweg
- Receptie wat rommelig en voor mij niet al te vriendelijk.Receptioniste deed ook de bar die avond en had alleen maar oog voor een (waarschijnlijk)bekende persoon,waarmee ze rumoerig een gesprek voerde en waar je haast niet tussen kon komen. Vond dit totaal niet service-gericht en bij de uitstraling van het hotel passen. Andere(jongere)personeelsleden waren zeer serviceminded,zoals het hoort.
