Description
The farmhouse Lelyhoeve has a rich history. At the end of World War II the farmhouse was deeply afflicted. The dikes of the Wieringermeer polder were destroyed, and the farmhouse was flooded. In the following months the farm was renovated, and put into operation for agriculture. In the year 2000 the Mulder family bought a live stock of 50 milk cows and the Lelyhoeve is now used as a dairy farm. At the Restinn Hotel you can enjoy a unique stay. Your hotel house is situated on the farmland, and your hostess serves breakfast to your house. Dinner can be served on request at your hotel house.
The unique hotel houses have been designed by architect Henri Leloup from the village of Warder. The houses offer excellent amenities, such as kingsize beds, a cosy seat, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The houses also have a television, minibar and an internet connection. On sunny days you can open the French doors and take a seat on the outdoor terrace.
Food and Drinks
The hostess daily serves breakfast to your hotel house. For a lovely dinner you can also stay at home. You can choose one of the dishes of the varied menu. Dinner is served to the houses in consultation with the hostess.

Other information
- The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. If you wish to check in after 19:00 h., you need to contact the reception in advance by telephone.
- It's not possible to place an additional bed for adults in the room.
- Pets are allowed on request for €7.50 a night.
- Luggage can be stored at the hotel (on request).
Surroundings
Restinn Hotel Medemblik offers a haven of peace in beautiful and quiet surroundings. There are many biking and walking routes for you to explore. Medemblik is a historic port town with many shops, cosy outdoor terraces and a harbour. In the vicinity, along the banks of the IJsselmeer lake, you can visit the recreational and nature area De Vooroever.
