The beach at Wijk aan Zee is a short walk from Beach Hotel. Enjoy a cycling trip in the dunes of the Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat nature reserve. It is also fun to try another sport, such as kite surfing or blokarting, which you can learn at the north pier in Velsen-Noord. From Wijk aan Zee you can make fun trips to the Beverwijkse Bazaar indoor market, the Alkmaar cheese market, or to the cities of Haarlem and Amsterdam.
