In a monumental villa by the sea, dating from 1885, all the rooms have been decorated in a very special manner. Every room in Villa de Klughte has its own character and atmosphere. This family-run hotel breathes romance, warmth and homeliness.
Every room in Villa de Klughte is different, but they are all equipped with a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a mini bar, radio, television and DVD-player. Every room is also provided with an ADSL, ISDN and WiFi connection and coffee and tea making facilities. Some rooms even have a jacuzzi, balcony or wide-screen television set. There is something for everybody!
There is a terrace at the front as well as the back of Villa de Klughte; this is perfect for some welcome relaxation in the sun.

Food and Drinks
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 08:00 to 09:30 h. On weekends guests can have breakfast from 09:00 to 10:30 h. Early risers can have an early breakfast on request. Guests can also have their breakfast served in their room. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but many restaurants that are specialized in different cuisines can be found in the near surroundings.
Internet
In the hotel guests can use the Internet through an ASDL, ISDN and WIFI connection. The costs are €2.50 for 30 minutes.
Other information
- The hotel does does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests can check in until 23:00 h. Guests who wish to check in at a later time need to contact the reception in advance.

Surroundings
Villa de Klughte is located at the broad beach of Wijk aan Zee, that streches from the northern pier of IJmuiden to the village of Heemskerk. The northern pier is a perfect place for fishing enthousiasts and the adjacent beach is known as a surfers paradise. The bordering dunes offer plenty of possibilities for many more activities.
