Very helpful and friendly staff, everyone from Front of House to breakfast and cleaners, well done.

The building itself is starting to show its age on the outside, but who really cares about that? It was clean, staff were very friendly and breakfast was fine. All you need, really.

NH Hotel als basis voor vrienden-weekend in Zandvoort

Hartelijke ontvangst, attente receptie, prima lokatie dicht bij centrum, strand en Kennemer Duinen. Ruime kamer, goede en gezellige bar, riant ontbijtbuffet en parkeren achter het hotel zorgen dat je je gauw thuis voelt.

Prijs ontbijtbuffet €19 is wel wat hoog.

overview of all the staff esp. the desk receptionist = very friendly, answered all questions with a smile even in a stressy situation.

The hotel room mini bar is not functioning we need to go out first of our room to get some ice cubes! But i think you can do something about this!

De moeite waard

dicht bij zee vriendelijk personeel

s-avonds in de bar nog wat drinken, viel erg tegen. Na 1 drankje vond de barman het wel genoeg denken we, hij vergat ons voortdurend en zijn tenslotte maar naar onze kamer gegaan. Wij denken dat hij er niet zo'n zin meer in had! Dit was ook het enige minpuntje.

Zeer welkom. Prima personeel. Heerlijk aan het strand. Geweldig dat honden mee mogen. Uitstekend ontbijt!

Als we bij de open haard borrelen dan moet de haard wel aangezet worden!!Aandacht bediening. Hele nacht irritant geluid in de bad kamer, verstoorde slaap! Diner: voorgerecht uitstekend. Daardoor hoofdgerecht zwaar tegenvallend. Vooral het prutje onder de vis.

We only made the reservation because we were informed on the reservation page that thr hotel had a swimming pool. So the weekend was rather wasted as that was our sole purpose in booing this hotel.. I was very didappounted. The hotel had no real lounge area to work/read.

I really like this hotel chain. I have stayed in several different Vandervalk hotels and they are all good. I especially like the hotel in Haarlem. I have seen many improvement over the years at this hotel. Keep up the good work!

My stay at The Courtyard Hoofddorp

The hotel was clean, my room was clean, the check in and check out process was quick and efficient.

The price is too high. The restaurant was very busy with several tables reserved for KLM but no one using them whilst I was forced to sit in the bar and despite arriving before 10.00 pm only being 'allowed' a main course by the staff. Poor management of the situation rather than a fault of the staff!

It was a nice, clean hotel. We would consider coming back.

I was disappointed, given that we purposely sought one of the best rooms, that we did not even get free coffee, let alone breakfast - given that the room was quite expensive. Also, the pillows were very stiff. You might want to consider the Hilton's "pillow menu" option to allow guests to request pillow choices. I had a stiff neck for two days. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The day time manager lady was pleasant and helpful.

On arrival, the receptionist was not pleasant or helpful. An early check in was requested because we had a long flight from the US. The manager ultimately, and pleasantly, assisted us to our room when one became available. The bath room smelled of old urine. Need washcloths in room. The bar room was not bussed regularly. The tables were dirty. The hot water was difficult to regulate.

Great Place To Stay near Schipol.

I have used de Beurs before and always found it to be a great hotel. The location is good and even with the construction in Hoofddorp it was still a pleasant place to stay.

Things that can't be controlled, like construction. It's not so bad but does make the hotel difficult to get to.

upgrading . Het was een prima kamer voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen.voor 112 euro all in is dat prima !!! taxiservice naar vliegveld bedden uitstekend

raam dat niet open kan, al was het maar op een kiertje. kraan werkte lastig , om van douche naar bad over te schakelen.Ik had al bij eerdere commentaren gelezen dat anderen ook dit probleempje hadden.

Nice clean welcoming hotel with pleasent helpfull staff.

Frendly helpfull polite staff, food was nice, (good attempt at an English breakfast) local leagle plesentry's within 50 meters, trainstation within 100 meters but could not here it with the window shut. location.

Bed was very hard didn't sleep well as a result, however that was the double beds, i do not know about the 2 single bed's together.
