Sydney Residence Zandvoort is perfect for those that love the beach, travelling with or without children. This cosy family apartment lies at a quiet spot in the dunes. Within walking distance you will find the beautiful beach of Zandvoort, where you can sunbathe or go for a walk.
Guests of Sydney Residence Zandvoort can expect peace, space and privacy. It is hidden away in the dunes, at just 500 metres away from the beach. Children will truly enjoy themselves with swimming or building sand castles. Zandvoort is known for its safe beaches and clean water.
In front of the apartment guests can park for free. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the garden (120 m2) you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Garden furniture is available. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a gas cooker, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker and a toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, wash basin and a toilet. There is one bedroom with two single beds and in the living room there are two comfortable sofa beds, each for two persons. The apartment has central heating and there is sufficient storage space. The attractive living room has a dining area, television, DVD player and a radio/CD player. In the apartment smoking is not allowed, but outside there is a covered smoking area.
Breakfast is not served in Sydney Residence Zandvoort, but guests can prepare their own breakfast in the kitchen of the apartment. At just 300 metres lies the town centre of Zandvoort, which offers a wide variety of restaurants. In the summer period the beach pavillions are perfect for a dinner and drink with sea view.
Sydney Residence does not offer internet facilities for the guests.
- Sydney Residence does not have a 24-hour reception. Guests can check-in until 13:00 h. If you want to check in after 13:00 h., you need to contact the apartments proprietress in advance.
- It is not possible to pay with a credit card or by debit card. Sydney Residence only accepts cash payments.
- An additional bed can be placed in the room on request for €20 a night.
- Pets are allowed on request for €5 a night.
Extra information: In Sydney Residence a deposit of €75 per room per night will be charged upon arrival. This deposit can be paid cash. On checkout it will be balanced with the outstanding bill and the remainder will be returned to you in full.
If you like to go for a long walk on the beach, Sydney Residence Zandvoort is the perfect place to start. The dunes have a unique plant and animal life. At the local tourist office there are various hiking and cycling routes available, for instance to the nature reserve Zuid-Kennemerland. You can also visit the spring garden Keukenhof or the racing circuit of Zandvoort.

The apartment has central heating and one separate bedroom with two single beds. In the living room you will find a dining area, television, DVD player, radio/cd player and two sofa beds that measure 1.60 by 2.00 metres. There are sufficient wardrobes and outside is a sheltered place for smokers.
