Lovely Hotel

• + We were two bands who had come over from the UK to play gigs in The Netherlands and the hotel was a perfect base for us. We were very much made to feel at home, despite the vagaries and timings of our comings and goings. The location is excellent, the grounds stunning, the hotel itself very well laid out and the service top notch.
• * my tip The extra couple of Euros per guest per day for teas, coffees and so on was well worth it for the kind of party we were in. You do ideally need your own transport to be staying in this location.

Nice old building in the woodstoo bad for the mediocre interior design

• + Location in the woods
• – Mediocre styling / interior design, with out character. Not well isolated rooms, noise comes from hallway and downstairs lounge. No place to drink a cup of tea or coffee or at least it was not open.

Peaceful Retreat for Amsterdam by Car

• + Very rural location (in its own Forest!!) Clean, quiet with efficient service. Easy - Going Breakfast Buffet. We used Woudschoten as a base for an Amsterdam visit. We took an easy 40 kms drive to the Park and Ride facillty at Zeeburg, where you can park all day for 8 Euros. From there its a 15 minute Tram/ Train to Centraal. After a long and lively day in the city, it was a great contrast to relax back at the Hotel in the forest,
• – Probably best for guests with their own transport if looking to go to Amsterdam.

Rustig weekend in het bos

• + Midden in een eigen bosje! Super leuk en rustig. Snap niet hoezo dit hotel niet meer voor kinderen aanbied. Je kan wandelen, fietsen, Utrecht, Zeist, Amersfoort bezoeken. We hadden een deluxekamer en tegelijk een hoekkamer. Die is voldoende groot. De gewone deluxekamers zijn een beetje klein. Goede en vriendelijke service.
• – Ontbijt niet op kwaliteit van de rest. Vers fruit alleen bij eerste ontbijt. Er waren op de tweede dag geen vergaderingen omdat werd op de tweede dag bij het ontbijt geen vers fruit meer geserveerd. Jammer! Zelfs op de vraag of ze het voor mij willen doen een duidelijke: nee. In het restaurant geen verse ingredienten.

Aangenaam conferentiecentrum

• + Schoon, mooie kamer, modern sanitair, ruime douche. Dit geldt voor de Deluxe kamers, die nieuwer zijn.
• – Het is een conferentie centrum en dat haalt wat romantiek weg.

Mooi hotel midden in de natuur, beetje ver voor citytrip

• + Heerlijk ontbijt met uitzicht op konijntjes in de tuin. Goeie service
• – Kamers beetje gehorig.

• + Great free wifi and coffee .. lots of space to walk Lovely comfortable areas and decor
• – parking seemed busy not sure if it was safe due to the signs? Our shower was only a wet room and it got very messy after showers.

Hidden Oasis

• + everything about this hotel was good. the breakfast room was so pretty and the food was delicious. the decor of the room was very art nouveau. we wished we would have had to stay longer

Prima service, mooie plek.

• + Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Heerlijke bedden. Verzorgde ruimtes, mooi aangekleed ook met o.m. kunst.
• – Zoals meer hotels iets te warme kamers. Een bad erbij zou heerlijk zijn.

Warm bedroom

• + Nice people at the reception. Good breakfast.
• – It was too warm in the bedroom to get a good night sleep altough it was not warm outside.

• + Clean, comfortable hotel in the forest. Free coffee in the lounge and internet too. Nice breakfast, ready early in the morning.
• – Almost nothing-maybe the reception desk is empty too many times.

• + nice personnel, free wifi
• – small room, cheap armature in the bathroom, very small tv screen, breakfast quite simple, transportation - difficult to get taxi from the railway station in the evening
