a welcome stay in Zoetermeer
+
most of the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the staff working during breakfast.
The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Fresh orange juice was very welcome, as was the choice of breads.
–
we arrived late only to find only one room booked instead of the two. Although the staff on at the time did all they could to rectify the problem it took quite along time when we had had a long day and just needed to go to bed. We also arrived back at the hotel quite late one evening to find the front door closed the male staff member on at the time was unfriendly, unwelcoming and made us feel very much at fault.

Beds were comfortable with a duvet rather than just a sheet and blanket. Staff were friendly and willing to help. There were some free parking spaces available.
–
Nowhere to hang up towels in the bathroom. It was a bit annoying to find additional tax added onto the bill when we checked out - would have preferred to have this included at the beginning so that you can see the total price.

The location was great for our needs.

Room was small for two friends sharing, just about enough room to move the beds apart. My friend had very bad first nights sleep, when we looked the bed was broken, the bed was replaced quickly with a new one.

Excellent staff,commendable stay
+
Staff excellent, efficient, pleasant. Any changes needed beforehand carried out efficiently. We were given a free upgrade to a suite, which was lovely. It was so convenient for us, near the train station.
–
Breakfasts OK but could be a bit better, boiled egss cold, milk ran out, am sure if we'd asked staff would have replenished. Still was plentiful and generally fine.
Although 5 out of 6 of us given upgrades free, more than we could have hoped for. One sister not given upgrade which was a shame, but I presume it was just the luck of the draw.

Soft bed
+
- When I called the frontdesk about my stinky room, they promptly switched me to a nice clean room.
- Breakfast was fortunately ready a bit before the announced 7.00, so I could eat before leaving for my appointment at that time.
–
They (first) gave me a room that stank of smoke and there was no window I could open.
Bed was too soft
