Eigenlijk géén negatieve punten te melden gezien de prijs per kamer in deze januari-periode zeer laag is en dus de prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding dan UITSTEKEND is. Zelf free Internetten in de kamer en dus ideaal om te werken of een uitstap te plannen. Winkel en restaurants in de nabijheid en je kan in het hotel ook onbijten en eten. Je bent eveneens op een boogscheut van Groningen via de snelweg (15km).

In sommige kamers hoor je de verwarmingsketel werken en waan je je wel op een schip waar je de motor hoort... . Dus vraag naar een kamer waar dat niet van toepassing is... .

U zou eens de douchecelmuren moeten ontschimmelen (we hadden kamer 102). Daar zit meer dan gewenst zwarte aanslag op die eenvoudig te verwijderen is. Voor de rest OK.
11 uur uitchecken op een zaterdagmorgen is wel wat vroeg voor een toeristische overnachting...

The breakfast buffet is wonderful, I love being in Zuidlaren, the staff is nice (especially Lilly), parking is the easiest of anywhere I've been and free, and it's the only bar I've found in Holland that has Wild Turkey bourbon.

The decor is a dated, and the rooms are dark - dark colors and poor lighting. There's no air conditioning, and last week during the heat wave, I wasn't even offered a fan. Mostly, I wish I could plug my hair dryer and curling iron in in the bathroom.
