I like to give you the bus information and. Shot away you go if you really want walk around just walk around some beautiful little town you'll find things the restaurants close or more than pharmacy and gift store speak to reuse and is a reason it's really beautiful picture for what it's worth 3 stated .

Zwanenburg the place to stay and discover!

• + the hotel provided us with a lot of comfort, the location is great especial for children as there is a animal farm and a outdoor play center with a pool the cost is only 1Euro for the day. Zwanenburg is a lovely town with nice shops and eating places. Breakfast in the hotel is too expensive but there are places around where you can buy better food. We would come again as the parking at the hotel is a plus.
• – Close to the airport but the planes stop flying at 10pm and won't resume till 6am. Breakfast to expensive for what is on offer.

Cute little country cottage inn

• + The shuttle service was perfect just what I needed. The room was old but very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Dinner was excellent maybe a little over priced but the chef and wonderful staff made up for it. For my quick over night stay it was fantastic! There is a little bar to sit at in the restaurant that the local seemed to use and a pool table/ small gaming room. I would say it was great for a little bit older crowd and families.
• * my tip make sure you have the number to the hotel when you arrive at the airport so you can call the shuttle as it doesn't come regularly only after you phone them.

Nice business hotel near Amsterdam Airport

• + reception ist open until late in the night, acceptable price quality ratio, kindly service personnel, flexible breakfast times, the hotel is actually a good idea for business travel with car, if you can find a free parking space in the evening -> see below
• – very close to the area with sounds from the landing aircrafts, on some days not enough capacity in the parking area, difficulties to find an other parking space near by the hotel, hotel without lift, a little bit old fashioned

• + conveniently sited to family. Breakfast expensive but adequate. Area clean.
• – Poor value in total. stair carpet worn badly on two treads. ref; safety. rooms tired, need refurbishment. Very Noisy around main entrance, below room 21. Adjoining rooms very noisy.

A very disappointed stay at a hotel that does not deserve it's 3 stars

• + Hotel is fairly easy to find and accessible, free parking is a bonus.
• – Pictures of the rooms on the website do not reflect reality. Rooms are very small, quad room did not have two double beds as shown but had 1 double and 1 bunk bed and not even enough space to put luggage down, let alone walk to the bathroom. No hair dryer in the room. Receptionist not very welcoming or helpful.

Cheap and functional

• + Very close to a big park, 2 major cities (Amsterdam and Haarlem), and the airport.
• – Not that friendly staff who don't speak Dutch very well. Planes flying overhead.

• + Shuttle driver very friendly, well travelled and multi-lingual.
• – Hot water extremely hot and difficult to control shower heat, be Careful! Tiny rubbish bins and low beds (not easy to get up with my bad back).

• – Relatively far from the airport, shuttle service doesn't start early enough on Saturday morning, ambient music in the hallway was audible when I was trying to sleep.

Lovely

• + The hotel had great service. I felt like being home away from home. Everybody was incredible helpful and kind. The room was clean. Restaurant had great choice of food...breakfast was simple and delicious.
• – The only minus point was the weather. I wished to get to know Zwanenburg village

Acceptable budget hotel for one night usage.

• + Price, short distance to Red Light District, to beach at Zandvoort.
• – Cold ground rooms, small rooms, old TV, nothing comfortable.
