An elaborate breakfast buffet is available every morning and at weekends between 08:00 and 11:00. The lunch buffet is served daily in Restaurant De Barones, and includes a 'soup of the season', various sliced meats, Dutch and French cheeses, and a selection of quality breads and rolls. In addition, there is a varying choice of 6 hot meals per day as well as a choice of delicious, fresh salads. Fresh fruit is also available. In the evening hours you can take a seat in Restaurant De Barones where you can delight in an exquisite dinner comprising seasonal dishes. For instance, Zeeland mussels in summer, game in winter, and a hearty traditional Dutch pea soup known as 'snert' during sub-zero temperatures.
