The Hotel Johannes Vermeer is located in an old cigar factory in the heart of Delft. This beautiful little city has maintained its picturesque character since the days of Vermeer. The hotel is named after this 17th century painter, Johannes Vermeer, who was born in Delft. A contemporary of Rembrandt, Vermeer is one of the most famous painters of the Dutch Golden Age. At the Vermeer Centre you can see reproductions of all of his paintings. Vermeer's original and world-famous artworks can be admired at the Mauritshuis in The Hague, including View of Delft and the Girl with a Pearl Earring.

The brasserie is open Monday through Friday between 07:00 and 23:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 until 23:00. The hotel does not have a restaurant.
