Upon arrival you’ll be warmly welcomed in the pleasant lounge. Here you can enjoy a tasty cup of coffee or tea by the monumental mantlepiece. Breakfast is served in the stylish dining room, where you will surely enjoy the view of the vast landscape. From the villa, you can make beautiful walks or cycle trips along the Twentekanaal, the Berkel river or through the woods. Bicycles are available at Villa Rozenhof at no additional charge.

The rich history of this building began in 1902, when the villa was built in English style. In 1940 it was in use as a hotel. In the old hotel registers you can see that many prosperous guests have stayed in the villa. During the Second World War there were severe battles around Villa Rozenhof. After the war it was bought by the Ministry of Justice and since 2004 it has been in the hands of its current owners. In 2008, six luxury guest rooms were made available.

Each room is unique and has its own colour combination and authentic and luxurious elements. For instance, one room has a balcony and another has a solarium. Each room is spacious and has a luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Besides, there’s a television, radio and in most rooms also a DVD player.
