Very nice hotel in the hart of the centre.

Jacuzzi is very large en comfi Tv screens all over the executive suite. Nice bed for a good night of sleep.

Service could be a bit better. Like bringing the order sheet for breakfast room service to the room instead of letting the guests pick them up at night.

Hotel really central with parking available. Nice staff. Clean room. Fruit and water in the suite. Bathrobes and slippers. Kettle, coffee, tea. Floor heating in the bathroom. View.

Not really a negative but no shower cap, body lotion - only dispenser on the wall multi use soap shampoo.. so no frills. Would have liked some extras for the cost of the suite.

Value for money

Our deal was good value for money and included breakfast. Central location, walking distance to Amersfoort centre and station, shops close by. Ample parking. Fridge and kettle in room. Also central location in Netherlands, stayed in hotel for a week and did various day trips in the Netherlands.

Parking no longer free although EUR 5 per day is still reasonable. Soap containers could have been placed in better position.

poor customer service attitude

After lengthy discussion, we were given a safe place to store our bikes.

No safe bike storage. We have expensive touring bikes and locking them to a rack in an open garage is no secure. For certain, our bikes would have been stolen. Their value is around 3.000,00 euro each. we had to fight to get safe storage and were told by an rarogant rick at the desk that we were asking for a special service that is not right. Asking us to place the bikes in an open garage was absurd and certain to lead to theft of each. How they could fail to understand this is unimag

So good. The bed is super comfy, the room is beautiful, and it s all super new and nice but not in a lame way.

I wasn t into the all you can eat scene at the hotel restaurant. But the food looked REALY good.

Big rooms, clean, quite. Excellent staff, helped us a lot with various problems we had with our baggage.

Although the food is fresh, it is quite boring and very little variety.
