Clean, pleasant but small

the room was clean, the staff helpful, it is situated in a what appears to be an upscale neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the museums passing a number of pleasant eateries. Right on the 2 tram line.

breakfast is served way too late to be of use to a business stay. the room is very cramped, the toilet shower sink even more so. extra charge for use of in-room safe. The chair and desk arrangement did not lend itself to working with a computer.

Hidden gem

This hotel was a great find. It s located in a lovely neighborhood near the park and steps away from the number 2 metro The large beds are comfortable and the rom has wonderfully large windows. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

Room and bed comfortable and clean

I had been quoted a price of 85.46 euros when booking, I was charged 91 euros. The receptionist told me this was because I had booked with a credit card. This was not clear to me -- otherwise I would have paid cash on arrival. Some noise from late partygoers arriving back late at night.

Very poor for the price.

The location was fine.

The rooms above the ground floor were extremely small. And the hotel provided one worn out towel per person. If you used the coffee maker in the room it was 15 euros. Also I was charged 772 euros not the 692 I expected.

The staff was very friendly. It was just OK. The location was good.

It is very rundown and looks more like a hostel. I was hoping for something much nicer.

Further from Leidsplein than expected but still within walking distance and easily accessible via Tram No 2. Extremely steep/narrow stairs to our room on 1st floor - MAY be a problem to some customers.

Most helpful & efficient staff & manager, we enjoyed our stay as the rooms were good and so was the hotel's location.

I travel extensively and can genuinely say the management team is probably the best for service and helpfulness. These people are outstanding. They outshine & add to the quality of the hotel.

Pretty cheap, you get what you pay for.

Really cheap, breakfast included. We arrived at 10:30 (the same time the reception closes) at the central station and the receptionist was so kind as to wait for us. We got a large room with great bathroom facilities.

Pretty far from centrum (15 min by tram). The breakfast mainly consisted of ham, white bread, bad juice and boiled eggs. The owner is quite rude. The so-called double bed, was two beds placed next to one another.
