The city centre is a stone's throw from the hotel, making it a perfect starting point for a visit to this vibrant city. At reception you can get tickets for all the popular museums and tourist sights, saving you valuable time so that you won't have to wait in line.
Dream away in your room, which comes with two extra long single beds (90 cm x 210 cm), a minibar, iPhone Docking System, two telephones, multifunctional workspace, armchair, tea and coffee making facilities, flatscreen television, free WiFi and a private bathroom. For a bit of romance you can also choose to stay in a Canal View Suite, with a 180 degree view of Amsterdam's canals. Surroundings
Hotel Amstelzicht lies in the heart of the city centre, only a short walk from the Muntplein, the floating flower market, Dam Square and the nightlife venues on the Rembrandtplein. You can also go shopping nearby. Look for popular high street stores in the Kalverstraat, or find bargains at the flea market on the Waterlooplein. The nearby Hermitage Amsterdam museum also features great exhibitions.
Food and Drink
On request, it is possible to have a small breakfast, with tea or coffee, juice and a roll or croissant. Free coffee and tea is available in the lobby throughout the day.For a more extensive breakfast you are recommended to visit Brug34, just 75 metres from the hotel. In the vicinity are numerous restaurants suitable for lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel is also perfect for a night out, for instance, to see a show at the Carré theatre or go to the entertainment venues on Rembrandtplein.

The room was very tidy all the time, thanks to the helper who always making sure the towels in the room are enough. Quiet most of the time. The room is cozy as we can expect that it is verycommond that the hotel rooms are compact in the Amsterdam city. Dont bring to much luggage the stair cases and walk ways are very narrow. It is very close to the city center and behind the hotel ther are a lot of restaurants and shopping places. We are Asian, and there are Chinese restaurant with home cooked f
The bath room windows are a little old, it is very cold to take bath at night. I would sugguest to change the window so that its air tight. The very last night we during our stay some youngsters came in I guess they are from the US. They are making a lot of noice, slapping the doors and yelling around room 225. When they got drunk in the dawn they just quarrelled and kick the doors. I personally have to go down to remind them to keep their sound lower or close the room doors. I think hotel manag
