Good hotel to stay with family, nice environment. Breakfast is good.

At reception should be more helpful. Dinner was good but the treatment was not so good.

God service with breakfast when one child was glutenintolerant. Transport communication with the tram to city 20 min no problem.

Friendly staff, large room size, very quiet, good view of the canal, lots of restaurants in the area that are walking distance from the hotel. Lots of banks with atm within walking distance from the hotel

I was so happy with my stay, absolutely wonderful! The best staff, and a spacious room!

I am so used to staying with hotels that have breakfast and parking included that I was sad I couldn't eat at the restaurant in the hotel. That would have been much nicer. The location is not bad as it is very safe but taxi and tram prices for a large family is pretty pricey.

Some drawbacks, but I'd stay again if I need to be near the airport

The price is decent and the hotel is across the street from an amazing Egyptian steak house that has the best spare ribs on the planet. Seriously! Only 15 minutes from the airport, even in morning traffic.

Mattresses are way to soft and the pillows are way too hard; noise from the street cars (trains) can be disturbing while trying to sleep if your room is on the street side. I've stayed at this hotel four times and the last time the heater didn't work in the room so I nearly froze by morning. One of the two elevators has been out of order for months, and the buttons for the other one don't light up, so you don't know if the elevator knows you're waiting or whether it knows what floor you w

Brilliant, friendly and bi-lingual staff - all of them. Rooms clean. Doctor arranged promptly on request. For 89euro per night this is a value room

For the price a fridge in the room would' t go astray.

Good Service and Price in Amsterdam

The hotel was very clean and had a friendly staff willing to meet our requests.

The location is a bit far from downtown but the metro system is easy to navigate, so this wasn't too much of a factor.
