We stayed in a large, spacious room with 2 extra beds for the children. The room was clean and the same was true for the bathroom.

Breakfast was OK, but we did not like the breakfast room in terms of interior design - it was too dark (especially the ceiling). The location is quite distant from the city center, hence you need to take public transport to reach the city center. But public transport is nicely arranged in Amsterdam, hence this is only a minor issue.

A great service and nice location

I and my family were nicely treated and it was possible to by there all tickts I needed (public pransport, musiuns etc) paying the same oficial price. The breakfast was cheap and oerfect.

The staff were nice and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean. Free wifi is a big plus. Breakfast was great, too. Very wide variety.

A bit hard to get to from the airport, if you re not local. We got helped by a nice local, which was lovely.

The service was overall good but at times the responses to questions were short and unhelpful. The hotel was in good location but, the service was not helpful in answering which trams to take to get around the city.

“My tip: Buy a 48 hour tram pass and understand that the 14 Tram does not take you into the center of the city instead get off the 14 at Marnixstraat and walk to the 1 or 2 Tram.”

Easy to get into the city centre. Clean. We received a good offer on room rates on the internet which caused us to choose this hotel. No problem with service - quick check in and out, cleaning staff friendly and polite.

We didn't try the breakfast, but went out to the city so can't comment. TV in room 208 didn't work.

“My tip: Long stay car park next door is convenient to leave car all day £12 euro p day. Check your routes into the city on the tram - No 14 is the best and is only a walk across the Bos en Lommer Plein.”

Standard room is quite big, which is exception for Holland. Breakfast is tasty and there is a big choice of dishes(hot and cold). Beds are very comfortable

Room is not maintained at all. walls were dirty. although it is a 4-star hotel, service is not present...to take iron board you should go to the reception, take it by yourself and pay deposit... Housekeeping staff opens your room in the morning, though there is a sign "do not disturb"... Location is 15 minutes by tram

A gem of a place within striking distance of the city centre!

Great near city location. Excellent transportation links. Combined with the adjacent car park deal, the convenience and low public transport price is truly excellent. Room was comfortable and spacious. Bed just right for me and my partner.

Shower hot water could vary from scalding hot to ice cold. Be careful! Buffet breakfast rather high priced. No mini bar provided.

easy to get around since it was located right by a highway and the train and bus station!

Had a funny smell in the lobby and staff seemed a bit rude at times. was over charged 2x ,but it was resolved eventually., room services was not as i expected. i prefered breakfast like eggs and bacon , but instead received cereal an egg and sandwich meat and bread

Clean room with with easy access to the freeway and fairly close to downtown.

Phone was mounted on the wall...Major drag. All TV service was 16 euro a day...unsatisfactory. No real ameneties in hotel other than the resturaunt.

Comfortable hotel, Excellent service

The hotel was clean, comfortable and professional. The staff were very polite and helpful. All issues were dealt with very quickly. The best part was a room upgrade to a better and bigger room because of an issue with the bathroom in our first room.

The main minus point was a problem with our bathroom on the first night. There was a leak from the shower tray after it was dealt with after not draining properly. This made the bathroom smell and subsquently the whole room. This was dealt with very quickly though and we were upgraded to a better room.

Great hotel but chaotic checking in large group booked under one name

Nice hot deal (assuming you get the twin room you booked and not a double), good connection to city and parking

Complete chaos checking in, got given keys to 4 different rooms, 3 of which were occupied. Also, when booking, not clear how to choose twin or double room. When asking the front desk about 24 hour parking, no mention of complementary tram/bus ticket per 24 hours parked.

It is a good hotel for business trip and meetings.

The hotel offer free internet but it is not true, because they not allowed to me to download my e-mail using outlook in my laptop. As a route hotel they have to include the parking in the rate because this is not a centric hotel. They not allowed to me to use my cardphone from the hotel.
