Close to the city center, nice area. Friendly and polite hosts.

Window without possibility to open it and says hairdryer at reception desk but I never had a chance for 3 days of staying to get it, it is always somewhere borrowed..

Exactly what we needed

Super helpful staff, very clean and not at all tired looking, very comfortable beds too. Nothing was too much trouble. A great hotel that we will visit again.

Clean, comfortable and functional room. It had the bare minimum without making you feel you needed anything else. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minute walk from the city centre, one can always use the public transport but I like to see more of the city by walking.

Cleaning service

Very good for the first two nights, very nice bad, and very quite neighborhood.

I don t understand why there is no room cleaning even after a 4 night stay without charging extra money. What happens if a stay is for two weeks. It is going to be super dirty and no cleaning service at all It is kind of absurd.

Good reasonable priced hotel

Location, staff was very helpful

Rain during the night and water leaked from ceiling and all clothes got wet, floor was flooded

The air conditioning is very good and the bed is comfortable.

The minimum supply of shower gel, the shower handle was broken and had to pay 5 euro a day for WiFi and the TV. Had to wait point on 3 oclock for a check in and had to pay 4 euro for a bag locker.

Was relatively easy to get to all the areas, the hotel did bike rental which made it convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Bikes are very expensive compared to closer into the centre. Having to pay for an extra towel.

A basic but excellent choice for visiting without spending too much

Although the hotel is quite basic but at the same time functional. In Amsterdam hotels are very expensive Easyhotel was clean, quite, close enough to the center, reception very helpful I couldn t expect more.

The sweet spot, targeted perfectly.

Very helpful receptionists, a neat little room with good views, clever little bathroom with one multi-functional door. Brilliant location with the little cafe s and restaurants of De Pijp just around the corner, tram lines etc. No this is not The Pulitzer, but rather a study in how to make optimal use of city circumstances, and of offering very decent accommodation for a very good price. WiFi is extra but at a decent price as well.

Good for short trips.

Good location - very close to the park, local market, tram station. It is about 5 min to the city center, less than we thought. Easy checking-in and checking out. Everything exactly corresponds the description on the site.

Garbage cans outside are not always available. Bad internet connection speed. The sink is too close to the shelf.

Decent

Everything except air is extra in the hotel. You need to pay for hair dryer, changing towels, room cleaning, TV etc. Also the AC did not work and room was pretty cold.

Little room to maneuver in room. Sink far too small with inconveniently placed shelf above so extremely difficult to wash face above sink. Understand due to space no wardrobe but some shelves may come in useful. TV turned itself on in middle of night and woke us up so had to unplug it. Noise travelled from within hotel.

Staying in Amsterdam at an affordable price

New nice hotel with a very reasonable price compared with expensive Amsterdam and a very good location near shops, near the Sarphatipark and a lot of trams to the center. Your own private bath with warm and cold water.

No Chair in the room

Great price and location everything you need, trust me!

Bed was comfortable. nice linen,

bathroom sink difficult to use with shelf on top and sink being so small could move the shelving to the side under soap dispenser so you can lean over the sink rince your mouth after brushing teeth. Maybe more hanging space for clothes or open shelving . We were only there for 2 nights and travel light but still we had to pile on the floor almost as with coats etc hanging space taken up.

Good hotel for someone, who will be spending the whole day outside .

Reasonable price. You get exactly what is promise.

No wardrobe, no mat in bathroom. Room is only for sleeping no chair or desk.

A well maintenance hotel with modern technology

We can just tell that all the receptionist are very defensive. Maybe because this hotel charges for "everything" hope this helps, I will try to remember as much as I can. *Luggage storage -you get a locker room-5Euros *Check in early or later at 12:00pm and is something like 5 euros too.. can't remember *Wifi - 7Euros only until a certain time.. like 1 am *TV- there is a TV.. but they don't even offer you the free channels.. there was some combo deal thing like Wifi and TV - ar
