The hotel is located near Vondelpark almost at the Museum Square, so that I enjoyed walking. A hotel staff was very friendly.

Room nothing like the quality shown in the photographs. Television and decoder box all wired through one plug which powered off at the slightest touch. Dangerous wiring in the bathroom with an ordinary hair dryer wired directly into the same broken socket intended for a razor. Broken toilet seat. Broken shower attachment. Radiateur not working. Uncomfortable beds.

Near the center of town.

Noisy, No extras. No refrigerator, microwave, bath mat. Elevator only to second floor. Beds were odd. Thin walls.

near vondelpark. near trams and a cost effective supermarket. They kept our bags so we could spend our last day adventuring amsterdam.

no kettle or cups. no eating in room which wasn't mentioned to us anywhere on the booking. we are not large smokers but no smoking allowed and this wasnt clear on the booking either. room wasnt ready for when we arrived.

Only the location and the good looking lobby (which is way different than the room)

The single room I got didn't much correspond to the price/quality I actually expected to get. They even made me pay the city tax, which was not mentioned in my previous bill. One morning I even found a broken emergency exit indicator that had fallen from the cieling! Pretty dangerous heee!! I will not go back anymore...not even worth it for the price of 85 EUR per night.

Breakfast too expensive... Not practical to park the car but i think it's like that in all Amsterdam as we told us...

HIGH PRICE POOR QUALITY

The location.

we have been very disappointed by this hotel. The breakfast was poor. The room was not comfortable. There are not enough towels in the bathrooom. The bathroom is too small and old. We heard the noise from the street. The hotel took 5% of the price because we paid by credit card.

Hotel was in a good location - within waking distance of all major attractions.

Service was very poor and I felt that the standards of the hotel - room/looks - were exaggerated. The hotel also felt quite charmless and oppressive (think quiet library or funeral), possibly due to staff who were all quite unhelpful.
