Hotel
The Highland House Amsterdam is a five-minute walk from Central Station. This boutique hotel has twelve modern and stylish rooms, each with its own theme: for example, you can choose The Music Room or The Games Room (two people), The Library or The Gym (three people). The Wine Cellar is ideal for a group of four people. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities. It is also possible to play your own music in the (bath)room.
Parking is possible at the accommodation upon reservation (30 euros per day).
Surroundings
From the hotel you can easily walk to the Jordaan, the Anne Frank House, the National Monument on Dam Square, the Museum Quarter (Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum) and the shopping area. Of course you can also rent a bicycle or take a tram if you don't feel like walking. Settle down in the Vondelpark or visit the Nine Streets, which are known for the many vintage shops and other nice boutiques and bars. Whatever you want to do in Amsterdam, The Highland House is a perfect starting point.
Food and Drink
At a reduced rate you can have breakfast at the Highlander Hotel (100 m). Amsterdam has an endless offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you experience stress of choice, feel free to come to the reception. Depending on your taste and wishes, we can give you a suitable tip.
