You can access the practically furnished rooms via a typically Dutch steep staircase. A number of rooms come with an ensuite shower and a toilet. The remaining rooms come with a shared bathroom. Discover the vibrant nightlife around Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein, take a look at the floating flower market on the Singel canal or visit the internationally renowned museums on Museumplein, such as the Van Gogh Museum. A 10-minute walk will take you to Kalverstraat, with its wide array of shops and major high street brands. The exclusive boutiques in the '9 straatjes' area are also worth popping into. Dam square where the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds are situated is just a 15-minute walk from the hostel. You can catch several buses and trams from Rembrandtplein which will take you to other parts of Amsterdam.

A simple breakfast buffet is served in the hostel's breakfast area. You also have a good choice of restaurants and eateries in the vicinity of the hostel where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. In addition, you'll find many pubs, bars and clubs nearby where you can enjoy exotic cocktails or cold beers.
