The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They gave us extra blankets when we asked.
It is a bit far from the city center, but there is a free ferry that goes to central station every few minutes.

Very helpful and friendly staff; a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Somebody didn't clean under the beds for a while; difficult to move them to make space without standing bed on one side. You probably don't pay your cleaners for this arduous job. Found a layer of dust, 2 screwed-up pieces of paper, 1 piece of fluff, a polythene bag and a 10 euro note. Everything else spotless. Quilt could have been more heavy duty.

Very close to the center. Nice to be so close and feel far (only 5 minutes by foot + boat ). You can park the car nearby
In the bedroom You can smell people smoking in the entry.

- Not many restaurant choices close by (except for Indian and Turkish)
- Although it is not located in the city centre, the central station and main attractions are a short walk and ferry ride away (direct ferries are free and continuous until midnight)
