Great hotel, staff and location, finally found my always stay hotel.

Fantastic staff, very nice and helpful, great jacuzzi bath (room 207) and very comfortable bed.

Couple of stains on the bedroom carpet (but still spotlessly clean) and no muesli at breakfast (but thats personal!)

    Tired in Amsterdam

Terrific service, nice sized room and bath and reasonable cost, bathrobes are a nice touch, security is good. The coffee in the room was fantastic and we appreciate providing decafe and a separate teakettle. God storage in the room even for our two large suitcases and two weeks worth of traveling clothes.

Shower/bathtub is hazardous. To charge for Wifi in this day and age is archaic although laptop in the lobby is a small compensation. Lighting in the room around sink could be improved and how about a bigger bar of soap. Another small table in the room's sitting area would have helped.

“My tip: Watch out for bicycles and take the dining recommendations of the staff, they know. ”
