- Great location esp. for travelling by train tram - Great staff always wearing a warm smile ready to answer requests - High speed free wifi, with even an Apple desktop acting both as a TV a PC (Most other hotels we stayed in our Europe trip offer free wifi but very slow demands additional payments for high speed access) - Hotel is new clean incl. towels beddings - The welcome warm chocolate cookie certainly adds to our delights - With most other hotels charging similar prices

Location - the best views in all of Amsterdam!
“My tip: Definitely enjoy a cocktail on the roof to at the Sky Loft bar in the Hotel. The food here is also excellent and there is a DJ playing funky music in the evenings ”

The facilities are excellent and the rooms were immaculate and the welcome cookies is a nice touch!!! The Sky lounge is great also being next to the station is a bonus for checking in and out!!
Not having the breakfast included is miserly and the option at 24.50 euros is NOT good value. I would have also liked a bath in our room and maybe some colour in the room on perhaps the bedding or one of the walls to make it more cozy!!

Great Location for the city and from the train station
Over priced, noisy rooms on the overlooking the railway and harbour, poor service at breakfast, and checking and checkingout?a dog was aloud in the dining room at breakfast (NOT A GUIDE DOG) fowled the lift? POOR POOR POOR 400 euro for one night?

New hotel, nice, relatively large and clean room. Free fast wifi connection.
Plus for allowing early check in and friendly staff.
Close to central station, recommended for business travel but would prefer to stay closer to the museum district for holiday.
Minus for charging €50 for late check out on Sundays.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to leave luggage with the hotel and collect later while sightseeing and had already checked out. Great service.
