The wonderful view from the seventh floor over the city skyline and canal along the hotel main street The generous size of he room The room "all around" windows The calm inside the room The fitness studio The keycard system -- not jut to access the room but also to secure the access to the stairs and elevators from the evening until the early next morning And last but not least: all very friendly and helpful staff
The breakfast is expensive

My wife and I like the Hotel because of its comfort, security, and convenience to all the culture and cosmopilitan activities that Amsterdam has to offer. The addition of Free WiFi is a major improvement. This was our third visit and we shall return for more. I will add a review on Trip Advisor.

Great location, quiet, pleasant rooms, courteous staff. Short, easy walk to museums and areas of interest .
Be aware that if you make a reservation online and get a special deal, you might not be able to cancel at all...read carefully.

Well maintained and very clean hotel. Good service, reasonable breakfast and helpful staff.
Slightly out of town but this in my view is a plus. Euro:1.60 tram to central station taking 10 mins

the one clerk at the front desk who spoke limited english, and seemed disinclined to be helpful, unlike all the rest of the staff the wait to check in

A localização é muito boa para aqueles que querem visitar os museus e sair do burburinho do centro.
A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, principalmente o banheiro. O hotel deveria disponibilizar uma boa internet gratis para os hóspedes.

Super location! Easy access to Trams 16 or 24, the Museumplein, walking distance to most attractions, etc. Front desk was very helpful in providing recommendations and pointing me in the right direction.

Great big room We had asked for a quiet room, and we got one! Personnel very friendly. We had asked for a crib, and the crib was already placed in the room. Great!
Blanket of crib could be a little larger.

extra pillow, wonderful breakfast, good desk help, exercise room, laundry room, willing to speak Dutch to me so I can practice.
internet connection is over priced. one should be able to use the stairs in your hotel. leaving our floor and taking the stairs to the bottom floor is impossible since the door is locked.

Most of ladies at Reception are kind.
A lady at Reception was less experienced and kept us waiting so long being engaged in some trouble with computor. She should prioritize the communication with guests.

Patty at front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. Bartender in lounge as well.
Have been staying at this hotel for 8 yrs. Very disappointed in hotel. Reservation process was terrible. Several phone calls to hotel directly to confirm res.. Had 2 different occasions early in a.m. another guest tried to open room door. Breakfast is overpriced for quality also no other options. 88 euro for internet access is not acceptable for a advertised 4 star hotel. Do not think I will be staying there again. I do business in Amsterdam 4 to 5 times a year and have always stayed at your hotel. Felt as if I paid for a 4 star hotel and received 2 star quality. I will also be making this post on all Amsterdam travel /review sites.
